They sended me a cotton jumper instead of a wollen jumper. Setting it back China would have costed me a fortune, the refund off my money would taken place after arrival in China. I thought that the firm was situated in the Netherlands!!! They have a Dutch address. At the end they offered me a half pay back, that was all I could get.
Finally they sent me my back my money, after I made them aware to do this.
Ordered over 3 weeks now, every single time i am asking for an update they keep telling me to have patience as its on its way , no tracking number valid or real , still waiting and my money were taken and they also refuse to refund me . This is a scam 100%, DO NOT ORDER
Scam. The website says the bags are real leather, but they aren't. They are cheap plastic. Despite the wrong description they refuse to pay for the shipping. Oh, and obviously you have to ship it back to China, which costs as much as the bag itself. Despite their contact info being based in Europe. So don't buy there.

I bought a bag from CAVELLA STORE (UK) in August 2024. They claimed it to be real Italian leather but in fact it was fake leather, shipping from China.
The price of course was not matching the value of the bag, very very cheap.
I asked the customer care and they told me to ship back the item and promise me a refund. After shipping and spending other money, they disappeared and refused the parcel.
