Like others I did not realise how long shipping would take as the items were coming straight from AliExpress (my Evri tracking actually said "your package from AliExpress is on the way"), there were no measurements online and the item came far smaller than the photos, I needed to order a third light, I looked on AliExpress and the exact same product was £14 per light, I had paid £59 per light. The third I ordered directly from AliExpress, it was much quicker delivery and the exact same item without a bulb which will cost about £2.

Fantastic after sales service, I bought some pendant lights for our kitchen which were the wrong colour. They sent label for refund quick and easily. Job done. Its all about aftersales service. Would recommend.

Not ready to fit it yet, service so far has been great.

We cannot fault the chandelier that we ordered from the Cavelight Store. The packaging was well done and incredibly protective. The chandelier itself is just perfect and better than we dared to expect.

Adam in particular has been very helpful. I needed to amend my order which he did for me with no problem. After delivery the colour of the shades ordered where not the right shade and with no hassle Adam helped with advising the best way to get the returns and new exchanged order dealt with. I’m still to receive them but I’m confident they’ll arrive. Thanks Adam

These lights are beautiful, they really make our kitchen. The customer service was also great, can’t fault the ordering and delivery process.

Ordered three lights and one arrived broken. This wasn’t an issue as the company immediately sent a replacement. Happy with the quality of the lights and speed of delivery.

Bought from what I thought was a UK business but the item came from China. That in itself is not a problem but could have bought direct for way less than half the price. The item itself - near £200 for a light - feels cheap and flimsy, so, wished I’d taken the risk and bought direct and saved a fortune.

THEY REPLIED BUT ONLY GAVE ME 3 DAYS TO RETURN THE POOR QUALITY CLOCK THAT I ORDERED

Ordered on 18th April still waiting on delivery no update and tried to speak to someone no good

I spend a lot of money recently on two light fittings for a customers bedroom i have been working on. The lights didn't arrive on time so i had to chase them up. When they were finally posted they were sent 2nd class which meant a further delay.
When they arrived it looked like they had been returned items previously as all the packaging had been opened and there was damage to one of the light roses.
I reported this and again it too ages for a replacement to be sent out. When it eventually arrived it was the wrong part (not even a part of the light fittings i had)
So i had to report the issue again and finally nearly a month on from my original purchase i have the lights i ordered!
Sorry but i wont be using this company again.

Had I realised the time it was going to take for delivery I would not have ordered the light.

Excellent value and quality product

Just to update anyone who is still considering buying. After 3 further months the replacement part arrived. It then became apparent that this product is not designed to be assembled at all. It is a scam business . Do not use this company. I am in contact with Trading Standards about this.

Light took weeks to arrive. Didn’t realise the company were based in China!
It arrived broken. Sent multiple messages to the ONLY contact on their website and tried to message on their chat service with no reply. I’m not £70 out of pocket with a broken light. Don’t use this company
