Jewellery looks beautiful, placed and order, never recieved anything. Communication has completely stopped and 2 months later website is down. It's a shame but dont part with any money people.

Order arrived quickly but they sent me the wrong item, I attempted to fill in the form on the website for support but did not get any response. No customer service, wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

I was a little unsure about ordering at first, because of the cost and quality. I checked Trustpilot and read the reviews, which were really good. So I chose the bracelet I liked and found it was in the sale. It came within two days, it is beautiful. Boxed up lovely with extra care leaflets and authentication.

Poor communication. Ordered a watch and a few days later was refunded. No reasons as to why, no emails explaining, but an email to leave a review 🤣.
