Very easy to navigate the website and to see what they have. They have a lot of beautiful black bracelets and necklaces that I like to wear. Easy check out as well.

The bracelet is beautiful, well-made, and looks even better in person than in the picture. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

One of the bracelets I ordered unfortunately fell apart at one of the connection points, so I emailed and after asking for just a quick photo of the bracelet, a replacement was ordered and sent within minutes.

Fast shipping it took roughly a week. and so far im enjoying the bracelets.

Unfortunately one of the bracelets ( black ) started to lose its paint and started showing the metal. Secondly the other one I purchased just snapped in the middle. I tried contacting customer service twice but had no reply. Really liked the look of the jewellery but unfortunately it’s just not good quality

Solid quality

Update: My experience has only gotten worse. After my initial review, the seller refused to issue a refund unless I returned the items. However, part of the product broke in less than three days of normal use, which raises serious concerns about quality.

I attempted to follow up and resolve this directly, including reaching out via Instagram. Instead of addressing the issue, my account was blocked, and my previous comments appear to have been removed. I can no longer find their Instagram page.

At this point, the lack of accountability and transparency is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I'm referring to how I placed the order. It was seamless and fast.

The bracelet looks great and the online purchase is convenient and fast.
