Very poor communication and unprofessional

I saw the poor reviews on google and Trustpilot prior to purchasing, but as they were the only UK website with the two products i needed in stock i thought i'd take the risk. I ordered online, and chased up 5 days later to ask when it will be shipped as i needed the hair for the following week.

No answer on landline, No response on whatsapp or on email. I followed up the next day on whatsapp and email asking if they could please update on when it will be shipped, only to then receive a full refund via Paypal saying "Out of Stock, Accept our apologies" Yet going on their website, it shows that they still very much have the 2 products i ordered in stock! The lack of communication is so poor, definitely do NOT recommend buying from them online.
