Initial response indicates that Cattleya have no interest whatsoever in resolving any issues.
Whilst some replacement units have been agreed I have had to ask Cattleya to recognise that replacement units should be for drawers rather than doors! Even dealing with units that they have supplied and installed they appear utterly incompetent in what they are dealing with.
