I bought many brow pencils ( i like to have extra in reserve:)). Unfortunately all of them don’t give any colour or breaks… i have contacted the brand but was told to try other products from new lines xd xd seriously, customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful.. waste of money
I bought Catrice products for years, loved them and was happy. But then bought one product (matte setting spray) and it BURNED my skin, so I went on their website to write a review where I advised people to absolutely not buy it if they have sensitive skin.
After a few days I get an email that my review "did not meet all their website guidelines" from a noreply email. How convenient eh?
I wanted to ask them what rules I broke, I mean, my review was negative but still polite and only commented on the product!!
Catrice, this customer service is not good, you should be transparent and not police how people review your products. I will not buy anymore.
Love their eye products, especially their eyeshadow pallets. I have quite a few of them, which are great. Long lasting eyeshadow.
However, I am not satisfied with their foundation. I have tried the "All Matt" foundation which should provide high coverage and mattifying effect, but it made my face more greasy after one hour of wearing it. Does not cover blemishes and hyperpigmentation.
Bought the hyaluronic acid and its quite good
