I strongly recommend you do not buy from this company. I chose what looks like a denim sweatshirt which turns out to be like a long-sleeved cotton T-shirt. If I wanted to return it, I was told I would have to pay for its return to China even though they appear to be based in Ireland, the prices are in Euros. Ever so generously, they offered a 15% rebate to keep an article I shall never wear. I protested and as a huge good will gesture they offered 25% rebate. I stupidly had paid £60 (converted from 69.99 Euros) and received £13.70. Presumably the £12.30 difference is postage?? A genuine warning.

I was so disappointed size was to small, fabric wasn’t quality expected as described in advertising. When I requested a refund and the process to return item, I was offered $8.00 back of the $54.98 I had paid and I could keep the dress, I refused to except their offer. Second offer from Cahyi was $12.00 a keep the dress I refused to except. I have since been offered $20.00 an I are to return item to Dubai. It came from Sydney 😏

Terrible merchandise. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap. Price was too good to be true and it was.

Service sucks. The easy return policy is a lie.

Worsted quality material I have ever seen. I kept requesting a return address and they kept delaying giving it to me. Then they finally said it would have to be shipped to China which meant I wouldn’t get it to them in time. I lost $45.

Do not order from this site!! I asked for return instructions......they offered a refund of less than half of what I paid.
They do not allow returns, quality is inferior and nothing like the pictures show. Sizes are way off....I gave my order away.

I placed my order on April 29th & today I received it May 26th. It is nothing,
like the photo online, it is way too small. I emailed them two times & got no responce back. Please be careful this is a dangerous web site, I'm going to keep the blouse & try to find someone to give it to. (very sad) I wish I had read the reviews on here first.

Products look really cute and very well priced.
Actually it’s really cheaply made, colors not as pictured, sizes run very small and quality is lacking.
Also it comes from China and takes weeks to get your items.
They claim they will let you know when it’s been shipped, and they stand behind their products NOT TRUE!
It is impossible to return or exchange anything.
So good luck if you want to make a return.
I sent them an email to let them know I wanted to return the items and the reasons I was dissatisfied, as instructed on their website
They finally responded and actually told me to hang up each item, take a picture of it and explain what is wrong with it.
Are you kidding me?
I had ordered for myself, mom and daughter. Together we had 15 items and spent $195.00 They dont want to be bothered, once they have your money.
This was a huge disappointment.
It does not deserve even one star.

I have spent U.S $160.00 at Cathybuy.com last year April on some clothing (9 dresses) from their website. I did receive all my orders but they were too small; so I placed hand written notes on each dress and a letter of explanation as to why I'm returning the clothing. I knew there was no telephone and it was only e-mail so I send them one. However, I had only received one reply from them and ever since then I've been trying to e-mail and I realized the website is down, but still I see dresses on it. This leaves me pondering and then I now find out it is a scam. Their address was: 350 Zebraquangzhou, 26275 Business Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91789-2950. This was a strange address which I was skeptical about but since I've never been to California, I trusted that it was legitimate. I was even there last night and I'm still awaiting my dresses and I'm still going to send them e-mails until I get a response. I am a dissatisfied and distraut customer and want my dresses or my money back. Thank you.

Thank you people for the honest review. I was about to buy a coat that looked beautiful at a very cheap price and wondered am I dreaming or there is something wrong with that picture.. thank you again.

ordered 7 items. I wish I had read these reviews. one item did not arrive. cannot get them to issue a refund. disputed it with paypal but, Cathybuy advised all items were shipped. when I contacted them they said I have a dispute open with paypal (which has been closed) so there is nothing they can do. I am between a rock and a hard place. the workmanship on one of the jackets seems like a home ec student was practicing. Please don't ever purchase anything from this company. You will lose your mind.

This place advertised a beautiful wine colored dress. When I ordered it; they sent a different color, and the other dress I ordered they did not send at all. I had to threaten them with reporting them to the U.S. Gov't for them to respond to me. That's when they said the other dress was out of stock, pick another dress or be refunded. I picked another dress that was never sent. Now, I am trying to get a refund. WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!

This Company is a scam. We ordered two dresses from the company. It took months for the products to arrive. When they did, the stitching was terrible, the material was garbage, and the zippers were cheap and did not work properly. We sent the items back for a refund as stated in their return policy. They sent us poorly worded emails offering discounts instead of a refund. When we refused we sent them the items along with tracking numbers. They received the items back, but never provided a refund. I has now been 5 months and they are still not providing a refund. They are now saying they need shipping receipts after previously confirming the shipped items. Got another email from them today with the same statements. This company is a scam. If you send them money, you may as well be setting your money on fire. The items you receive will be garbage, and if you try to get a refund you will have better chances of finding a leprechaun and a pot of gold. I am so angry with this company words can not express.

Worst site to order from will not recommend to anyone it's a fraud items didn't shipped and was told it did never received them and it's been over 4months also one item was email to me sold out and I never received refund DON'T ORDER FROM CATHYBUY EVER!!!!!

This place is a fraud. Total garbage merchandise. When we received out items they were awful quality and threads were sticking out everywhere. When we returned the items for our money back, they kept giving excuses why they would not return our money. We sent the items back in May. It is not the end of August and we have still not received our money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The absolute WORST! It took over a month to recieve the first part of my order, and the other part never arrived. The portion of my order that did arrive contained multiple damaged and defective items. Only one out of the 15 items I order looks even remotely close to the pictures on the website. The others look like they were sewed in the dark. There were stains, crooked stitching, random extra pieces of fabric cobbled together, and tears in the fabric. In addition the sizing is nothing like that described in the size charts. A 2xl was about the size of a typical small or medium. The fabric is super cheap and see through. When I tried to return the items, it was a total nightmare. They asked for photos documenting the damage, so I sent them, only to receive the exact same email requesting photos as a reply. I re-sent the photos multiple times, and sent more than 2 dozen back and forth emails. Each time they promise to accept the return, but never follow through. What a total nightmare. This is a totally fradulent company. Buyer beware.

I made a purchase on 5/10/19. It took 3 weeks to get my order. When I finally got the items, they were of very poor quality. I intended on keeping 2 items but wanted to return 1. YOU HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING!!! They promised to refund my money within 10 days of receipt of my items. They got my items back on 6/17 but didn't refund my money until today, 32 days later and only after I requested the refund and threatened a dispute with Paypal! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered4 dresses that looked really nice on the page. I received for dresses that are not at all what I ordered. They are so horrible I would not wear one of them to a dogfight I want very much to return them and get my refund but I cannot find out where to return them to. Plus I ordered 2 tops and they have yet to come and I don't want them because if they're the same quality that these dresses are forget it! I have tried and tried to get an address so I can return these pieces of junk. Don't buy from this page, you'll be disappointed.

I ordered online at December 2018. After 4 mos I still didn’t get my order after kept contact with them about 20 times, so I decided to cancel the order and ask for my money back. After so many times of email with them I was promised to get my money back within 3 days on June 2019. Today is July 9 I still didn’t see any refund to my account. That’s ridiculous. Awful service, all empty promises, never shop again. Consider it befor you want to shop at this site

Have sent mine back with the Address they sent me , they did offer £20 for me to keep them, I paid nearly £60 for them, so I sent them back, they say they have not received them now, so no refund as well,FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE, UNLESS YOU WHAT TO LOOSE MONEY
