Keys out of stock, but they fixed it
We tried to order new "2" keys but "2" keys were out of stock. We emailed to ask how long. They said they had some "2" keys now, but the website said no. So they fixed the website and we now have "2" keys to replace the lost keys for our "2" A4 File Box. Great.

Very flimsy lock
Very flimsy lock. Difficult to engage when box has documents in it. Had noted from previous reviews the lock failed, but thought this may have been a one off. Cheap box, poor lock not worth the money.

The website was clear and easy to use
The website was clear and easy to use. I was given one of your cash-boxes to open the hard way as the keys had been mislaid or lost. I had the key number from the lock but the box had no manufacturer's name. I found cash-boxes on the internet and the second site I looked at was yours so I found the relevant box and ordered a key. It arrived as promised, it fitted the box and the cash inside has been returned to the charity it belongs to along with the box and key! It's as good as it gets!
