Ordered cat bed March 9th. Still nothing by April 3rd. Sent chaser email, no communication.

I ordered and paid for a PetSafe dog flap. Payment was taken immediately and i recieved an automated order ID. A week went by, nothing so i enquired as delivery was meant to be around 3 days. No response so i sent a reminder. No response so i rang, This two weeks since the order. Was told they had my details but couldnt tell ic item sent. Was promised a call back. Three days later, still no call back. I have now written to cancel the order and asked for a full refund and have ordered the product elsewhere. Dont go anywhere near these people.

I ordered dog shampoos from this company on 31st December 2025. The order said pending until I phoned in 13th January to see what was happening. I was told there wasn’t enough stock to send my order. No one had bothered to let me know! So what stock they had was posted to me and the out of stock item refunded. And now two days later which should’ve been the delivery date, nothing has arrived.

Just bought Pet Safe Medium dog flap and tunnel.
Firstly, paid for faster delivery and this made no difference. Still sent it Parcel Force 48.
The flap kit without ‘tunnel’ is £29.99
With tunnel £90.64
The tunnel actually consists of 4 pieces of facia type ‘off cuts’ with some plastic angle to join together. Looks as if someone had cut and assembled in their shed. So….over £60 for about a £5 pieces of plastic.
The instructions don’t give correct size of cut out for brickwork.
I had a nightmare fitting this but was under time constraints so couldn’t return.
There was no reply to my complaint over charging extra postage for a faster delivery.
I’m leaving this review so you don’t make the same mistake! AVOID

I had a cat flap put into my french door about 4 years ago when I first moved in my new build. The service was ok and I was charged £300 plus Vat all in. This included them coming out measuring up and a whole new piece of double glazing with a cut out for cat flap. I let them take away the glazed piece of glass to reuse on another job. However, be warned if you want them to replace the cat flap after the warranty ends as they try to charge you £100 call out charge plus the price of cat flap!! Even if they are working in area! I asked them to just supply a new cat flap for me to for myself and was told they can’t help me!! So disappointing in poor customer service

Long delay in delivery with poor communication, product poor quality and make returns very difficult

Great product sent quickly and fab quality. Unfortunately didn't fit so returned for full fast refund 10.10

Ordered cat flap Monday, good price, dispatched within 40 minutes and arrived and fitted on Wednesday (exactly as ordered a direct replacement for old and thankfully same fittings!). What more to say?

I have never used this company before but I shouldn't have worried.

The replacement part I needed was easy to find on a well designed website. The price was very reasonable and it was easy to make a purchase.

Definitely will use them again when my dog destroys the dog flap which she surely will.

A surprise gift ruined by this company despite contacting them 4 times. Their communication skills and customer service is non-existent. Quite literally.
