We had several box lunches that was label incorrectly and had the wrong sandwiches in them. So making some people without a lunch.

If something like this ever happens again, please contact us right away. In many cases, we can have the catering partner bring the correct boxed lunches so no one is left without a meal.

If anyone in your group has a food allergy, please add a note to your order requesting ingredient information. We can either have the ingredients sent with the catering order or email them to you directly.

We're also happy to obtain ingredient information from the catering partner on your behalf. Unfortunately, most partners do not automatically include ingredient lists with their orders.

The food was good, however ordered the Chicken Asiago and specifically stated "no bacon please - allergy in the office" and the dish arrived with bacon on it so a few co-workers missed out.

Unfortunately my order today was lost. It took Cater Nation multiple calls with extended wait times to follow up on my order. I received my order over an hour late from the time I originally requested it to be delivered. Reasons given for the mishap are related to bottom line the store not staffed adequately to cover the in-store orders and cater orders. Baker's Crust comp'd my order. I appreciate that. I hope Baker's Crust realizes a repeat of today would not be acceptable. There are a lot of choices out there.
