Pure fraud ! Stay away !

We, KRAM TELECOM A/S from Denmark, made an order in June 2025 and paid 1864,54 GBP up front. In December 2025 Mr Dave Lawson at Caterline claimed that the goods were ready for pickup and he just did not understand why the forwarder did not come and pickup. Now, in february 2026, Caterline has blocked our phone number and they are not answering to any mails. One week ago I wrote and demanded that they should return our money. But absolutely no reply.
They claim that they have returned the money to earlier customers for the Mr. Blister range, but it is a complete lie !

In response to my previous review...

In response to my previous review in which the company has condescendingly replied accusing me of falsifying information and threatening legal procedures. I would like to reiterate my previous review. I have evidence of calls with Dave who is the sales manager, i also have email history of conversations providing all evidence of my claims. Should you want to take the legal route i am more than happy to provide the evidence to whom it may concern. In the new year i have again been in contact with dave via an unknown telephone number in which he answered and told more fabricated stories on when i will receive my goods. He stated if i do not get the goods then he will refund the money given. Since i have not received the goods, Suprise suprise, I have tried contacting yet again for a refund on the same number in which he now refuses to answer the call. I warn everyone not to do any business with this company as they are fraudulent. Regardless how many years you have done business with them. Stay as far away as possible as the company and buy elsewhere!!!

Trying to get an answer on here as I have emailed, called and sent messages on social media and received no response..

Ordered 3rd of January and still have not received my order.. it's a shame really cause I've used this company for years it's just a shame you never get a response. I've emailed a few times before too about issues with product and lids coming cracked etc and never once had a response.

Paid 3k upfront, no delivery after 5 months

Paid 3k upfront for product in July. Now December and still nothing. Multiple failed delivery promises in that time. Promised delivery this week, email confirming all on track last week, but now won't respond to emails or pick up the phones. Can only assume that they have ceased trading this week. If not, beware!

A long time ago our Company used to manufacture a range of 'non food' packaging under our Mister Blister brand but as sales in this retail sector declined (due to predominantly to the growth of on line business where retail packaging was no longer required) we were forced to delist our non food range of packaging and focus on our growing food packaging sales which we sell under our popular Caterline brand.
Some of these non food businesses have been pushing us to do further production runs for them which to be honest are too small to be cost effective on our large machines and as the Caterline product sales have increased 10 fold we have found it difficult to get these small runs scheduled into production.
Some of these businesses have paid us up front to get our commitment to the small runs they require and these customers have been informed that production of their orders could well take several weeks and even months. Some of the customers have requested their money back ( which has been repaid) and others are using this as a way to try and force us into a faster production slot. I do not know this customer and he is not purchasing Caterline products but because of our previous association with Mister Blister he has decided to attack us and try to affect our loyal customers.
For the avoidance of doubt, this customers grievance has nothing to do with the Caterline range and service and his misleading and malicious post will be reported accordingly.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. We've been customers for almost 3 years - always had great delivery and any issues was always resolved. Recently, we've been ordering and not receiving our products for a good week and a half! Despite online them saying 'FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY' it certainly isn't!!!! Yet again another placed tuesday, and no sign of it today (friday) so probably won't get it until next week now. Awful - sent 5 emails all of which have been ignored. I have said it before and thought i'd give them another chance but no definitely not. I'll be spending my £150 a month elsewhere. Everyone AVOID

Where have you asked for more information? I have not received no email from you. My order was placed tuesday around 8am and still not arrived this is not the first time either. I've sent 5 emails - no response. Its 100% been over 48 hours. I find it a little insulting you saying my experience is questionable? I have proof of all my orders and the day they arrive. You may want to come back to me via email - Chloe Brown you'll see all my orders from you but not anymore! Again i'll say it again - terrible customer service and a terrible response back to me.

Hi, I have requested further information so I can investigate your allegations but unfortunately as you have not passed these on it is difficult for me to comment further other than to say we send 100's of orders each week with very few issues so your experience is certainly questionable. I will also add that although we pay our courier for Next Day delivery ( which is included in the price) we ACTUIALLY ADVISE 48 hours on our site as in our experience no couriers can guarantee Next Day delivery. We do despatch Sameday but the order must be received by 3pm in order to do this.

No phone number to contact them says delivery within 48 hours still no order and it was placed the 20th sep need them for tomorrow emailed 3x no reply they will be getting returned if they don't turn up tomorrow morning absolute joke was promised in a email Monday I would receive these Tuesday its now thursday

Product not delievered in the time…

Product not delievered in the time promised, paid for next day and it didn’t arrive for four days. Poor customer service trying to get a returns label, even though it states on the website to email for a returns label.

Don't know what cause changes

Am not a happy customer at present. Made my order, got messages that DHL done deliver and I haven't received anything. Contacted Dave plus customer service, all message have been ignored.
Why is it the delivery service company is so bad all the time? Still waiting for my 2 parcels.

Unable get in touch with customer service…

I have been a customer for the last 3 years and have been satisfied with the platters I purchase for my business, however in the last year I have found that the lids dont seem to fit the platters and have been trying to email customer service on endless occasions but never get a reply.
Not sure how are customers meant to contact them if they dont reply to emails, which is the only form of contact available.
