Price was excellent. Delivery wasn’t super-fast, but we did (inadvertently) hit the warehouse summer shutdown. Once dispatched, the item was delivered rapidly with good communications.

Their delivery dates are very wrong and…
Their delivery dates are very wrong and misleading! They did not indicate that the item was not in stock at their warehouse and would have to be ordered from the manufacturer when my order was place. The delivery timing I got was 3-5 business days. It has been 3 weeks and it still hasn't been delivered. Chasing them down for an update is a nightmare. The phone lines are not manned and emails unanswered. Only got a reply after multiple tries.

I wouldn’t even rate this company a 1 star! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from this company! Sam who answered my call spoke over me the entire phone call and did not let me get one word in. Emailed twice with no response whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting service from this company. Spend your money elsewhere!

Sorry you feel this way- we emailed a follow up immediately after the phone call due to the poor phone line. We were conscious of this as we heard you in and out complaining but the way the line was working it may of come across over speaking. You ordered on the 25.04 (9:23am) removing weekends and bank holiday- we will be 4 days over specified date for delivery.

New Lincat induction cooker…
We have recently removed our gas commercial cooker due to saftey concerns so decided to go all electric.We wanted a Lincat Phoenix electric 6 ring induction cooker. The purchase of this from Cater-Connect was straightforward and the delivery date was as promsied by them. I explained that as we were a small tennis club we would require contact from the haulier prior to delivery and also our premises were difficult to access. It was agreed the haulier would phone prior to delivery which he did and then he unloaded the cooker and trolley jacked it right into our kitchen which was perfect.
