CatDoes is a no-code AI app builder that transforms conversations into fully functional native mobile apps. You simply describe your app idea, and four specialized AI agents handle everything from understanding requirements to app store release. The Requirement Agent analyzes your needs, the Design Agent creates the UI with light/dark themes, the Software Agent builds the app with backend integration including Supabase support, and the Release Agent handles Google Play and App Store submissions. The platform serves SMBs expanding digitally, startup founders building MVPs, UI/UX designers creating prototypes, non-technical entrepreneurs, and anyone needing personal apps. What sets CatDoes apart is its conversational interface that anyone can use, focus on ongoing app maintenance rather than one-time builds, and checkpoint system called "instances" that let you iterate and roll back changes while building on previous versions.

Terrible Experience

I recently subscribed to the Pro Plan ($25) to build my application. I had high expectations, but the experience has been deeply frustrating.

The AI agent got stuck in a continuous "design loop," burning 93 out of my 100 monthly credits on minor UI refinements before even starting the software/code generation phase. As a result, I have paid for a subscription but have zero code to export or sync to GitHub.

It feels like a "credit trap" where the AI prioritizes repeating design tasks over actual delivery. For a paying user, it is unacceptable to be left with a depleted account and no technical output due to the tool's own inefficiency.

I have contacted support via their form and am waiting for a resolution. I would like to update this review if they restore my credits and allow me to actually finish my project, but as of now, I cannot recommend this platform for anyone with a serious development timeline and a limited budget.
