DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I ordered the snovit set and the delivery took more than a month. When I recieved my package the set was extremely low quality and lazily done. The ”belt accent” was literally loose and hanging from the pants. The zipper was cheap and felt like it was going to break. They claim to use expensive high quality materials but it looks like it came straight from aliexpress. It has been 2 months since we sent it back and they never refunded our money. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the order cancelled and refunded

I got the same excuses for lack of order confirmation as described by other reviewers on this forum.
After some email exchange it was clear that it was not certain when the goods ordered could possibly be delivered.
I then requested the order to be cancelled and refunded, which it was a few days later.

However, now in January I have got a delivery note from Posten, so apparently the cancellation did not work out well for Catania that refunded my payment but shipped the order anyway.
So a bit lack of control.

If I could give a -1 review I would

If I could give a -1 review I would. Like others I ordered on November 28th and am now receiving no communication back. It’s clear they have over committed on orders and can’t deliver, this would be fine if they then refunded but to date they have just ignored my request for an update let alone a refund. Absolute scam, do not shop with them.

Placed an order for my daughters…

Placed an order for my daughters Christmas Gift at the end of November, as I write this review it has still not arrived and I know that it won’t nor will I be refunded by them - the only response I have received are emails with excuses!

Having read through all the reviews my experience has been the same and with the exact response email from them -

I have taken up the issue with my credit card company and hopefully the monies paid will be refunded by them and they’ll investigate.

Sadly I had to give it one star just to be able to write the review !!

No delivery for over one month!

We ordered on 11/11 and still after more then one month we have not received the product. They answer that they are overloaded.

I do note recommend shopping from this site!

Don't buy !!!

Don't buy !!!
26th of november 2023 I payed for Snovit set, but I still haven´t received my package. They talk about weather issues for the reason for late delivery.

Their email answer reminds of a computer respons:

Hello dear

I truly hope everything is going well with you.

I completely understand your situation! I am aware of your expectations regarding the delivery, and it is also mentioned on the website about these delays due to the Black Month and snow chaos, which explains the delay you are experiencing. However, I understand that this doesn't make you miss your package any less; I am fully on board with what you're saying. Many companies and websites are grappling with similar issues right now, and as a company, we sincerely ask for your understanding. You won't regret it once you receive your package, Lastly, we are off course not a scam and I can assure you that we would never do anything like that.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. No reviews on the internet at all. I actually think I'm the first one doing so - but I don't want others to be scammed like I have been.
Looking at their SOME accounts, more people is experiencing to be scammed, not getting there orders delivered or even getting a reply.
I have been in contact with them twice, but are not provided at clear answer (one answer is the weather, the other answer is provider issues.) - just to wait and be patient they are not providing the customer with their goods.
When ordering they confirm your order and then withdraw money from your account.
As mentioned, I have contacted them twice to get an answer on my delivery, they just keep saying - it will soon be there. Then looking at their SOME account (Instagram) they now declare they have issues with their provider.
So now 23 days down the road I'm just asked to be patient - WHAT A RIP OFF and a shame to all those customers expecting to get their delivery.
I have asked to get my money back - Now no answer, total radio silence from there side.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM...
