I have just completed the Black Belt course and exams remotely due to the COVID situation and can highly recommend Catalyst!!! The website and tutorials are easy to follow and manage and show your progress throughout. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive in ways that develop your learning and they make themselves available for queries and questions when needed.

At first, I was a little apprehensive to undertake all the training remotely, I found the experience to be a really positive one though because of the approach of the trainers, the material supplied and the clear on-line training.

I would highly recommend Catalyst!!

I have recently completed the green and black belt courses online. They were well delivered and contained valuable information. The website used is well managed and easy to navigate. Catalyst trainers have a lot of experience applying the tools and techniques and can provide many different examples along with a deep understanding.

I have just studied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt remotely with Catalyst during Covid-19 Lockdown. I must say that I have found the Catalyst BIZ to be exceptionally good, especially in this period of lock down. I had previously sat through the classes in the classroom in London, which were great. I have now spent the last 3 weeks revisiting all of the materials using the BIZ, the videos, comprehensive hard copy training materials and these have been really useful. Reviewing the classes remotely has been quite enjoyable, running through the materials at my own pace, utilising ‘pre-recorded’ interaction from the tutors. Please pass on my thanks to all those at Catalyst.

Our experience with Catalyst was excellent at every stage, from the initial discussions and options presented to us, to the extremely high quality of the trainer and the materials provided. I would highly recommend Catalyst to any organisation wishing to implement Lean Six Sigma.

Agile for Lean Six Sigma Practitioners Course (2 days)

Thank you James Dwan for a most enjoyable two days and for keeping the faith with us! 😊 Seriously, it all came together and it was very interesting couple of days especially how Agile works with Lean Six Sigma. Doing the remote learning was very easy using Zoom, Jamboard and Trello albeit Marvel was definitely different for each of us in building and linking website pages! 😊 It was fun and it was good that we could laugh at ourselves and for you to laugh with us! Definitely would recommend remote learning and you really do feel as though you are in the classroom without even setting out of your front door!!

I have just completed a two day yellow belt session which was very interesting and engaging. The trainer was very engaging, informative and positive throughout.
This was initially arranged to be classroom based however Jo adapted very quickly to the current position and has set up an on-line interactive session which worked well.
Considering she only had a week to react this way it was great and will only get better.
Catalyst provide longer term assistance which should help embed the approach and I have to say I am impressed by their knowledge and approach to really assist learning effectively

FMEA Training

The course was engaging and fast paced but easy to follow. Mark is a nice guy, easy to relate to and understand.

Mark was engaging and dynamic, keeps participants involved and interested. The training materials were excellent, comprehensive and clear content. On-line tools and templates are particularity helpful, access to back up on-line materials is invaluable. The course was excellent and thought provoking, pacy but designed to be so – all round great experience.

Marie-Helene was very clear and used concise examples throughout which made this course easier to understand. The content of the course and the great examples used throughout the course certainly helped me a lot as I found them very useful due to being new to Lean Six Sigma. The course exceeded my expectations as I was aware there would be lots to cover but this was delivered superbly with some fun activities.

Really enjoyed the course and the way Marie-Helene has delivered its fantastic. Looking forward to putting all in practice. I liked how Marie-Helene brings the training to life with examples and with a good interaction with the participants in the training

Most enjoyable course. Excellent mix of group exercises, videos, etc. to develop understanding of content. John is a fantastic trainer.

I took the Online course for Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and was very happy with resources and level of support provided. There was a great combination of literature and references as well as videos of live training sessions which was an immersive way to learn about the tools and techniques. I was supported by Jo, who was so helpful and answered my (many) questions promptly. I passed the exam and interview and overall found it a very good experience.

Just completed the LSS Advanced Green Belt course. Mark was great at mixing up practical, textbook and physical activities. Visual representations and pictures were a big help. Lots to cover but overall really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Mark Jones was very engaging with high energy. Good level of interaction, organised materials which are good to refer to.

Great interactive course which covered many more subjects than I expected

Catalyst provided Green Belt training and coaching to me at Vanderlande Heathrow Airport.

The classroom sessions and online resources were brilliant and covered the topics really well.

Chris Merriman who took us through the content and provided 1:1 coaching throughout our individual projects was incredibly knowledgeable and delivered the material in a fun and interactive way making it easy to learn and ensure correct implementation of methods and techniques.

I would highly recommend Catalyst to others and speak as someone who never thought I was a 'CI head'. I'd heard others talk CI jargon in the past and my mind had switched off however Chris taught the content in a very easy-to-relate-to way which made it interesting and enjoyable.

I'm now considering how I find a second project to undertake in order to keep the learning fresh and further develop my understanding and expertise.

This was a very worthwhile use of my time and Chris is a credit to Catalyst. Brilliant!

Fantastic LSS course over 4 days (although it could have been longer!). Mark (Jones) was an fantastic trainer who was able to explain new concepts well and give an abundance of examples both in transactions / service setting and manufacturing. The course was engaging and interesting at all times and Mark was skilled at changing the pace when needed to keep the group together. Along with the course we were provided with excellent resources (all the slide decks with our notes and a textbook) as well as 12 month access to online resources. I would not hesitate to recommend Catalyst and Mark!

Marie Helene explained the concepts really clearly, lots of real examples which facilitated a lot of the understanding. Really interesting methodology and useful to improve processes

James and Neil were really energetic and knowledgeable, it was an intense 2 days but we got loads done. Lean Six Sigma + Agile = Useful tools

Marie-Helene was great fun and really engaging. The Go Book and training slides were very informative and easy to follow.
