Toto offers a caring and professional service. I have complete confidence that I'll come back to 2 happy cats who have been well cared for. Their communications are excellent and it's very reassuring to get the photos and updates whilst we are away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The Toto team did an amazing job looking after my two cats. I booked last minute and they were very accommodating, and I came back to very happy un-stressed cats. Plus getting photos everyday made me smile!
The prices were also very reasonable, and I'll definitely be using them again on my next holiday!

Our first time using Toto Cat Feeding & Cat Sitting. Faultless service. We found their website very easy to use for setting up the initial meeting and making a booking. Simon, who made the initial meeting and looked after our cats was very professional and friendly. During the time we were away, we received a regular e-mail with pictures of our cats which is a nice touch. Our thanks to Simon and his colleagues. We would highly recommend Toto.

Marvellous service by Toto with excellent cat care from Simon. The service is very efficient from the pre-service information gathering, meeting to the on line booking and payment through to the updates and photos - this is a very professional, personal and friendly service. (update) The furry ladies are just back from a stay at Toto's cat hotel - they enjoyed their stay very much and were exceptionally well cared for. (a great alternative to a cattery - when cat feeding / sitting isn't practical)

First time using a cat feeding company. We were a bit nervous but we felt very quickly reassured. The follow up is excellent (daily emails and pic of the cat having a good time). In fact the cat is now eyeing us suspiciously, wondering where the nice person with the bag of mice toys and dreamies is. Highly recomended

Having moved to Brighton this year we had real concerns about going away and leaving our animals but thanks to Toto we are totally overjoyed with the efficient and stress free service provided. We'd never used a cat feeding service before, but found Toto from the excellent reviews online. The service lived up to the reviews and more! They were very thorough in taking details of how to look after our three cats and came by to meet them beforehand. While we were away, we got regular updates and pictures which was reassuring. On return, we discovered the Toto team had exceeded our expectations in dealing with some accidents. Thoroughly recommended and good value for peace of mind while you're away!
