If there was an option for no star that is what I would be giving. I ordered a sweat outfit from this company I received it months later with no tags on it whatsoever identifying a size and it did not even go over my head. I put in several requests for an exchange or for my money back and they are refusing. This is absolutely a scam company the material is not as it's identified in the pictures. Do not waste your money!!

Is a scam company, don’t get anything from them, the worst quality , they don’t accept returns and no money back, they don’t care about the costumers after you make a purchase,HORRIBLE company!!!! And I give them 1star to write a review other wise none star!!!

I saw this company pop up on my insta feed back in March. Do not order from here the clothes is nothing like what you see in their photos. The clothes is so cheaply made and horrible fabric shinny polyester ugly fabric, not cotton. Super tacky. I messaged them and told them I am not happy and they told me since there is no holes in the items they can’t give me my money back. So they don’t give a dam if their customers are happy with their purchases at all. Spread the word ladies, it will save you hundreds of wasted dollars spent on this crap!! #crappyclothes #wasteofmoney #nocustomerserviceneeded

This place is the absolute worst. Do not fall for their scam. I ordered two, seemingly cute, two piece lounge sets 3+ months ago. I finally received them yesterday after contacting the company on Monday. I told them if I did not receive my order by the end of the week, I wanted my money back. They clearly rush shipped me some garbage that looked similar to what I had ordered. The pieces are oddly sized, terrible material, and don’t even have the design on them that I thought I had ordered. Don’t waste your time or your money. I lost over $100 waiting for months of trash that I will never wear. I am beyond disappointed and feel completely scammed. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased! I hope it reaches someone else before they make the same mistake!

I hope this gets out and helps someone not get SCAMMED by this company. They are a Chinese company that does not care about their customers and the quality of their cloths is HORRIBLE, plus they false advertise the way their products look! I wish I would have been able to write something on their social media accounts, but they do not let you. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
This is the same issue it looks like everyone has had with the company where their quality of clothing is not a reason for a return. I was talking with them for weeks to see if there was anything they could do to refund me my money, but they said the quality was not a reason for a return. At one point I wasn't even asking for a full refund, but simply asking them for a decent percentage back. All they were able to give me was a simple $24 back, out of the $100 that I had spent. If they can not accommodate their American customers, they should not be shipping to us!
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The worst retail experience I have ever had. The clothes were so cheap and looked nothing like the pictures. There was a blood stain on one of them!!!! They refused a refund. Only could send back to Dubai but I would have to pay the shipping. A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

A total scam.

Casspy and all the sister companies are scams. They are based out of United Arab Emirates and are not customer focused at all.

I spent $81 on two items a dress and a t-shirt. The quality of the dress was sub-par and the shirt was okay. I was willing to keep the shirt even if it was cropped a little too much to my liking. The dress on the other hand didn't fit my bust. My breast were literally spilling out of the top. I would have accepted an exchange, but...

I emailed them asking them for the return/exchange info and they asked me for a photo of the items. There was no way I was going to send them a photo of me in a dress with my breasts hanging out (bra or no bra). Their response was that there inevitably were going to be size differences and that was to be expected and that wasn't reason enough for a return.

I responded and told them, no problem. I'd just dispute the charge with my bank. They quickly responded and told me they would offer me $15 refund OR I could ship back to the UAE but I would have to foot the bill. After I got their address, I found out shipping from California was going to be between $93-$140 depending on which shipping company I used (DHL, UPS, FedEX).

I still should have disputed the charge with my bank, but I decided just to take the $15 and sell the dress to someone else for $20 and keep the shirt. (Still trying to sell the dress, or maybe I should get a boob-job. haha)

In any case... These people are scam artists and no one should make an impulse buy such as I did. Stick with tried and true companies or at least companies that have good reviews.

Complete scam!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. I had the same experience as previous reviewers. Products do NOT match what is pictured on the website and they do not accept returns. Ridiculous!

SCAM!!!!! DON'T DO IT! What a waste, and they won't help you. Just don't order from this website. I hope they shut them down. It took them more than 3 weeks to even ship, and then more than 2 months to receive the items. Finally, they arrive, only to see what horrible quality and nowhere near what you see online! The SIZING IS WAY OFF and it's not true to their sizing chart on the website. Now I am trying to get a refund as unfortunately for me, I went crazy shopping for comfy clothes when in lockdown. I am now disputing them.

I would give zero stars if possible. If I found a napkin in the bathroom at McDonalds, it would be more comfortable and fit better than this dumpster trash.

I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS SHOP A STAR IF I COULD. do not buy from here. I waited
2 1/2months for a piece of trash to be delivered to to me and it looks nothing like what I ordered, the material is so cheap, its so staticky and see thru. I cannot believe they charged $55USD for something that looks like it costed $1.00 to make. I would expect to receive something like this from one of the other shops that charge way less for their clothes, but not when they charge so much. I will be sending this back and expect a full refund not 15% refund. I will also be posting how brutal this site is on every single advertisement I come across. Please don't make the same mistake as me. Save your money, this is ridiculous!!

UPDATE 7/1: Still zeroes across the board for this company.. After writing as many negative reviews as I could, filing disputes with BBB, Paypal, and econsumer.gov, Paypal ultimately decided in my favor. They were able to procure a return address in China, which still cost $27 to ship but getting $100 is better than getting $15 back. Or paying $200+ to ship to Dubai which Casspy tried to force me to do. STILL A HARD NO - PASS ON THIS CRAPPY COMPANY.

Hey, how about a $15 REFUND？The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself.

These are all email responses I have received thus far from this sh!tty company. It took me 2 months to receive the rags they call clothes. They blamed Covid but they didn't ship out for a month to begin with so only half of that can be blamed on covid.
Once I received the clothes, they are complete crap. Frumpy, no style, no sizing, horrible design, such as one dress looks like a bed sheet with sleeves cut out. The other fabric is transparent so you can see the pockets and everything else under the dress.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE.. you'll get clothes you'll want to throw away and good luck trying to get your money back. If I could give ZERO STARS I definitely would. I'm not writing this post out of spite or anger... I'm writing the truth, even if I sound like a dramatic, illogical customer, which I don't, I should've checked them out more before buying. Hope we all can save you the trouble.

Unfortunately I was too late to see these other reviews which show it’s clearly a scam but had to post for someone else in hopes they will save their money.
