Complete scam. They make you leave a review before starting your treatment. I had so many issues and was not able to get my money back. The people who work there blackmail you. They tell you to close cases with your bank because they aren’t able to process a refund whilst open which is a lie. I got told to remove my negative review and they’ll refund me. I don’t know how this business is allowed to operate. Avoid it unless you want your money taken from you, just pay the bit extra and go to a competitor

Good value, decent customer service
Overall, my experience with CasperSmile has been positive, particularly considering the price compared to traditional clear aligner treatment.
The treatment was significantly more affordable than many alternatives, and I have seen good progress with my teeth alignment so far. I also appreciated the extras included with my treatment, such as a whitening kit, a UV aligner cleaner, and retainers, which added value to the package.
One area that could be improved is communication. During my treatment, I requested a modification to include premolar movement. While CasperSmile accommodated this request and updated my treatment plan, I later discovered that an attachment would be required and that I would need to arrange and pay for placement through a local dentist. This resulted in an unexpected additional cost, which I do not feel was clearly communicated during the treatment planning process.
That said, when I raised my concerns, the support team reviewed my case and offered a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated.
Overall, I would recommend CasperSmile to anyone looking for a more affordable clear aligner option, but I would advise asking detailed questions about any treatment modifications and whether they may require additional third-party dental costs.

It’s a scam.
I’ve been waiting 2 months for my night guard. Nobody replies to email. Nobody answers the phone. When you look on company house and HMRC it’s an interesting read!!!! The company is “based” in old street. Nope. A 1 bed flat in Greenwich. Save your money it’s a scam.
