To avoid, unprofessional casino

Edited after stupid response :
1- I made one withdrawal of 1500 but deposited more than 100.000 euros. Amounts matter. Your bonuses are under the standard. FROM MY POINT OF VIEW, I GAVE YOU 100k P&L. Masturbate well with it because YOU WONT SEE SUCH P&L in such short period again.
2- you keep thinking stupidly and using the lens effect : it’s not because you paid few wins to few players that your games are fair. Only statistics matter for me but you refused to communicate them. Are you ashamed by less than 80% RTP.
3- a game provider can be regulated and licensed but as the slots runs on its infrastructure, it is still possible to rig the machine. By the way, pragmatic is regulated by Gibraltar Authority which is much more stupid than you in term of response. So do not worry, keep serving 80% to your players until they leave.
4- regarding the players : you are talking about the 20 euros depositors. Yes you can have thousands of them but they will never replace a player like me.

AS A CONCLUSION : REFUSING TO DISCLOSE RTP STATISTICS IS PROOF YOU ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM HAPPY TO LEAVE.
MY ADVISE TO OTHER PLAYERS : READ CAREFULLY THE DISCUSSION AND JUDGE BY YOURSELF.

2- if you keep managing this way, you will loose all your customers. For the moment, you lost a big fish. In term of volume, I am sure I represent the equivalent of tens of normal players.

A casino masturbating for its P&L, pretending itself honest but unable to analyze the RTP served to its customers.
What is more dangerous : being greedy by manipulating machines or letting a company like pragmatic manipulate the RTP ?

According to me, the second is even worse and that’s the case of Casinozer.

I just requested to close my account with 0 REGRETS.

I wish I were a new player reading this review : STAY AWAY, this casino doesn’t deserve a 20 euros deposit.
