How is it that your free spins always land on try again you never pay on your free spins besides that some of the games are rigged I've hit sevens and then never got paid something is wrong with your platform I think you're just there to screw people over

Wow! This is an MGA-licensed casino, and yet the situation is a complete mess.
I won €3,000 from the casino. I submitted the required documents, which were approved within one to two hours. I asked customer support about the withdrawal timeframe, as I value prompt financial transactions. They informed me that, according to their terms and conditions, withdrawals are processed within 48 hours. However, nothing happened after those 48 hours. They later stated that my withdrawal was under manual review but gave no explanation for the delay. I had no bonuses active, my KYC was successfully completed, and the win was approximately 500x my stake, so I see no valid reason for this delay.

Only after 100 hours, I demanded a permanent closure of my gaming account did they process the withdrawal request, without any communication. They closed my account five days after I requested the closure. The MGA is aware of this mishandling on their part.

Bad experience, a scam site. I just deposited my money and then played. Everything was fine until I made the withdrawal. I sent the documents and my account was verified. They sent me an email that the documents were accepted. Then I was surprised that my account was closed and there were more than 600 euros in it .

I still waiting for my winning so you can't withdraw any more winning I've never know this before all of my documents has been verified and accepted, when I won the money I withdraw my winning, I ve message support but no reply
I been on there's chat message I was told by one person it be 24hr to 48hr
Still didn't receive it so I message chat line again they told me it can take upto a month which I've never heard off

They try to do withdrawal as hard as possible I'm still waiting my 1000€ even if you send needed documents you need to send them selfies with id and waiting times each time is 48 hours. Ridiculous and I will soon complain it to MGA if my money is not showing.

They dont pay. Do not Play. You will never get the money, be aware this is SCAM. they will find all off the exuses to pend and cancel the withdrawal. If you have winnings do the complaint to mga and also inform the payment provider and if the mga wont help. there is European gambling and betting. And file criminal report, that is the only way. Rude! Asked for advice as i deposited on their website as a new customer. Took money but never shown in my balance. Asked for advice as a screenshot of my bank wasnt possible (security reasons obviously) said 'if i wasnt going to co-operate, they couldnt help' i found the response rude. Spoke to another member of staff via email, he also said 'thats not what they asked' which also i found very abrupt. Considering i could of been a potential new customer, their attitude was low. I can't recommend the site at all, first you identify yourself on the site, next they ask for the documents and even after that they ask for a photo of the ID card and me. And bank details again. Chat answers with questions. My withdraw is still pending. If I ever withdraw my winnings, I will close my account and never play on the site again. Peace of s*** casino.

Have an ADR ruling which was in my favor and I am supposed to get a full refund of my money. So far nothing received yet and no updates from the casino..

I opened up an account, deposit €50 and then €55 and I won - I won alot, I won over €3000 which is much in my book.
But as I thought it was fun to play I kept playing but stoped when I had €2800 left and made a withdraw request.
I was aware of I need to send some documents to CasinoWinBig which I did.
Copy of passport and proof of address.
But that wasn't enough - they wanted a bankstatement which I sent, then they wanted a photo of me holding my passport - I gave them that too.
The support told me it was 48 hours wait to withdraw, fine with me but when the 48 hours went by - the request is still pending.
And now - no honest answer.
I have read some other reviews where other customers lost everything because the CasinoWinBig refuse to payout their money.
This is nothing but fraud.
They not only steal your money they also take away the fun.
So - do NOT play on the CasinoWinBig.

They did actully payout the money, althought it took quite some time but it was not a scam, so i withdraw my previous raring and give them a 4 star
