When I started on this website everything was fine withdrawals were good but never get the money you withdraw properly for the last 3x iv tried to withdrawer it has been returned and cancelled. And vp manager never gets in touch I’m at the top then you get fob off for cash back No I’ve done with this site and also going to make a fraud claim

DO NOT USE THIS GAMBLING SITE! I deposited £50. Won and went to withdraw £150. Not a huge win by most standards. I won on a Saturday morning. Withdrawal was sat in “under review” all weekend. Contacted the company asking why, they told me it has to be 3 business days. We’re now on day 7, 5 business days, and it’s still under review. Customer services as asked repeatedly for bank statement which i have now sent 3 times. I love the games but its not fair when they have no trouble taking deposits but cant manage to pay withdrawals

So I am having the worst casino experience in my life not only they repeat the same thing tell you to wait wait for your money they always say in 24 hours they tell you to contact their support email just to make sure that they're going to make you wait again more and more I'm probably sure that when they going to see this they going to ask me to send an email which I did 10 times already they don't respect their rules they said they will processing true business days they don't I'm at my fifth business days and yet nothing they tell me they're going to process in 24 hours but they don't processing weekend so I'm not sure what is that excuse for we're talking about $500 if you cannot pay $500 to your customers it's either your scam or your fake Casino and you will see in the reply they will never offer to pay me back right away they will ask me to be patient and wait again scam stay away I'm waiting for my money to close that account forever
Update: they cancel my withdrawal pending since 19th so i did a new one today October 24th. I have no verification since they have to pay back on my credit card. No reason why it was cancel. I will update if ever they pay bug I don't trust this services at all.

Update: as you can see they reply with the same email but they don't reply to my email. Stay away from those scammer!
Update: they cancel my request again same excuse. Since they send me a reply they don't reply ho my many emails. I will get my money and let you know.

Update: I made a complain with the help of guru casino since they never replied to my email after they left their replied. So no money still but I will let you know .

Still waiting for my winnings after 8 days. I have tried contacting them. Emails get ignored and the live chat tell you the same thing over and over again just copy and pasted. Looks like this site is just scamming people taking and taking and never paying out! I have emailed like they said I’m there response and still no reply!!

I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for the past 14 days with no success. The live chat is useless — you just get the same copy-paste answers every single day. When you email them, surprise surprise, you get the exact same copy-paste replies as in live chat. There is no way to actually get hold of a real person. They claim withdrawals are processed within 3 days, but that’s a complete lie. Avoid this scam site

Update: 02.10.2025 Recieved one of 3 pending withdraws! Why the other two are not processed??? Why as well instead of paying me 500£, you payed me 554.78€ that is equal to 480,89£ with 20£ less than my withdraw amoun!!!!??? Process my remaining two withdraws!!!

01.10.2025 my 3 withdraws totaling 1500(500each) are still under review... Upon contacting them via the chat they lied that are processed but I have screenshot proof that they are not!!! I am waiting for them for 8 days by now!!!
I regestered to that casino February this year. Deposited more than 10 000£. Never won anything.. Eventualy I won 3000£ 23.09.2025 and requested to withdraw them. They said that I can withdraw only 500£ evry 24 hours with a maximum of 3 pending withdraws. Today is 30.09.2025 I have 3 pending withdraws and they are outside of the time frame of 3 business days as per terms and conditions!! Now I am waiting and will keep updating here if they payed me or not! I will start looking for legal ways to resolve the problem with them! If I do not get my winnings to my bank account, will open a fraund case about all the transactions that I made from the begining of openning my account! They already cancel my first withdraw once stating that my bank cancel the withdraw regarding the fact that they never process the withdraw to my bank on first place! The customer service repeat the same lies over and over again! Emailed them as well they do not repply!! Charges of deposits appear with diffrent names on different platforms in different currencys as well to be harder to be tracked!!! If i do not recive my money in the next days or two I will open a FRAUD case with my bank! And will contact the relevant authorities in the United Kingdom!!! WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful site, happy to take the money straight away but when it comes to giving it back it’s no where to be seen, I’ll never be playing this shocking site again, steer clear of this non legal money taking shit site. I had $1900 and they just never let you withdraw. Honestly you bunch of people deserve to lose all your money and know how it feels. Pathetic

Be very very careful with this Casino they are organised gang illegitimate Casino they pray on vulnerable people and steal from them. They won’t close your account even if you ask 100 times and today I’ve made a withdrawal of £700 with no reason it was canceled the excuse given is that technical issue they want to TEMPT YOU to gamble again until you lose everything.
