Scam, deceptive and no human customer service, even by email it's repetitive same responses by bots. I.would attach pictures but unable. My vip points total over $200 yet I have not allowed to redeem them since October 16. I have played daily and made multiple deposits and still suspended. I hope more people complain as this is shady and deceptive.
