casino777.be opened an account with my email address secretly without telling me. When I found out about this, I sent them emails from my email address to request to close this illegal account. They refused. They keep this account open for their own benefit. Not only that, they asked me to send them the copy of my personal ID, front and back page, so they can steal more from me. Be careful! Stay away from this scam company. They steal people's email address and personal ID information. They are big shameless thief!

However, I do not see Casino777.be takes data protection seriously. If you do, why don't you confirm my personal information at the time when you created an account at the very beginning? No, you didn't. You created this account without telling me.
I have contacted support at 777.be several times, with different support people. I can tell you the support people's names if you want. They all rejected my reasonable request. They keep asking the front and back of my personal ID. I take my personal data protection very seriously. Why should I give my ID to the company who steal my email address?
You made a mistake and you should correct it. It is very simple. But support at 777.be keep doing the wrong thing. They do not close the fake account. They could not provide the evidence who gave the permission to open this account with my email address. They refuse to give me their supervisor's contact email address.
Since support at 777.be is not helpful at all, I have to complain here and tell public to aware of Casino777.be.
