Very poor upon depositing £20 took credit from my account and refused to send it back to my bank or gaming app also refusing to listen

This company is running illegally. they have no problems taking your deposits. asked on numerous occasions to close my account permanently. they only do this for 30 days then reopen, start ringing from loads of different mobile numbers, texting and emailing, even though i told them i had a problem gambling with them.

i complained through resolver, which was escalated to an ADR company.
they told me that casigood are running illegally and have no license in the UK, to contact the gambling commission, action fraud as accepting bets from UK is a crime and MPs.

i contacted casigood to request a full refund of all deposits since my 1st contact to close my account, which they accepted and told me how much but now there is a problem with ID and will not process it.

Wish i never ever opened an account with them but i will not let it go

The people who run this online casino must be taken to jail. My only advice is never try it.

Don’t even know why I attempted to bet with them after reading the reviews. Deposited no problem, bet no problem, bets won & settled no problem. GOOD LUCK WITHDRAWING. I spent a week jumping through hoops sending them every single bank statement/card confirmations/ID etc that they asked for to verify. Every time they came back and either said the documents were rejected or asking me to re upload the same things I had already uploaded. Every single deposit was rejected. You will get absolutely nowhere. Do not sign up, do not deposit. You have been warned. If you do not lose your money, you sure as hell will lose your ‘winnings’ as they will not allow any withdrawals.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this casino. I don't care how desperate you are to play. You will NEVER win as these guys are a scam. A fraudulent company with no license to offer services in the UK and they refuse to disclose contact information. Very shady!!

I don’t believe anyone has had a withdrawal because the whole group of casinos are scammers who launder money through various ‘shops’ online hence bypassing the UK block on gambling with credit cards. I have asked about 500 times to close these accounts but they reopen and try and get you to play again.

My advice to everyone is, block the emails. Change your mobile number and tell your bank you don’t recognise the merchant to get the money refunded

Avoid this site, even after you ask them to close your site, they’ll reopen it to tempt you back. They obviously do not believe in responsible gaming and very difficult to withdraw from due to the ridiculous verification process. Most UK banks will not accept the refund as it comes from Russia, do not waste your money on their site

Easy to deposit using visa, MasterCard or Bitcoin. Lots of familiar games on there - however when you win they want everything. Lots of ID/ documents etc and they don’t let you withdraw to visa. I tried to withdraw to MasterCard 3 times and it was constantly rejected (after a 36 hour wait between each request) and I was told it was a ‘technical’ issue - looking at other reviews for casinos it seems this is used as an excuse all the time. Eventually got my money but had to get Bitcoin and work out how to transfer the money through that. Not a great experience.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Won €300 and unable to withdraw after uploading the requested documents there were further “ technical issues” I’m pissed off with myself for even going on this , a total waste of £80. For some scumming scrounging robbing scums. Do not give them your money just go to a local bookies if you are desperate trust me it’s not worth it. They will not let you have your winnings your giving them free money by depositing

Sadly appears to be a scam. Won’t process a withdrawal. Received all ID and even confirmed all verified. Said they need to investigate my sports bets and it will take up to 75 days. It’s a complete and utter joke. No one can provide any details of the company or anyone to contact. Never come across anything like this before so I’m fairly shocked and hence why posting. Avoid at all costs! I’m absolutely amazed another poster managed to get a withdrawal.

This company has recieved all id it needs and is clear. Still refusing to refund me my deposit. After I learned that they withdrawer via bitcoin and Mastercard which I have neither. I've sent all sorts if I'd. They are still not allowing the refund
