This site is a scam!! I signed up and buy in and when I try to withdrawal they ask me provide them my information to proof and I provided what they asked for, after 5 days they accepted my withdrawals And now I waited more than 10 business day and still didn’t got my fund, they told me they already accepted the withdrawals on there side, I need to give them my bank statement to proof that I didn’t receive the fund, but after that email I got a email saying my withdrawals failed and I need to send them a void cheque, and now the fund didn’t even return back to my account, this is totally BS. And waste of time!

I won $270.00 after, cautiously depositing $5.00. I clicked on, withdraw and it asked me for ID and proof of address, which I emailed. After they emailed me confirmation that my details were verified and up to date I logged in to see details on the pending withdrawal, only to find that they had taken back the money I had won. They are thieves. Withdrawal transaction ID # 27697465402. ass holes!

Had won $500 during free spins on sign up. But max cash out on free spins is $100 which is fine. Countless emails to them waiting to receive funds. 3 months later am still waiting but now theyve stopped replying to emails

Avoid this site, even after you ask them to close your site, they’ll reopen it to tempt you back. Avoid this "casino" at all costs they are very quick to take your money and even phone you to get you to wager (Account managers) but they don't want to pay you when you win - you can only withdraw €150 + minimum and they will do everything in they're power not to pay out, an absolute joke of a company, stick to the big UK highstreet bookies and if you can't get on there just don't bother because it won't be worth your while , these clowns shouldn't be allowed to operate in the uk !!!.

Terrible site ..stay well clear of these...I play on several sites and these are the worst of the worst.
Eg. They had the nerve to block my account because they believed that I was not responsible enough to gamble and demanded proof of my payslip..Needless to say they also kept the money in my account.

Dont play here, I tryed to withdraw 51 euro, after 24 hours i get an email that says my withdraw is accepted and my money would be in my bank in 2 hours or max 3 days, after 3 days i wrote to the live support that tells me it can take 5 days, i wait 2 more days, after that i contact the live support again and they telling me this time it can take 10 days, after 10 days i contact live support again, now they telling me that zimpler dosent letting my withdraw pass and the are going to try and withdraw my money again but cant promise any time frime.. the support are lying and say diffrent things every time and the support "daisy" was rude and dint speak to me proffesonal at all and i wast rude to her at all. and she dint let me finnish a sentence until she closed the chat multibul times, I will never ever play at this casino again, why lie? tell the truth from the beginning insted. i have also asked them what the withdraw reference is so i can give it to zimpler so they can look but they give me the wrong reference number repeatedly and zimpler couldt find any withdraw. i will update this rewiev if i ever will get my money but i doubt it.

If i can give no star, i would. Horrible casino I deposited $96 and then I go the game i want to play then i press a bet of $1 and it takes all $96 in one spin. Good casino but why a 3 star it's because there site is constantly lagging or logging you out of your account all the time. Biggest one if you keep winning big on a game it'll pop up with errors all the time then eventually you cannot play the game anymore something about a token and having no permission something like that which is honestly so frustrating especially if it's your favourite games to play 🙄

Honestly i would never normally write a bad review about casino as genuinely i have never had that bad off an experience however this site deserves 0 stars

So i signed up and deposited a 1000 pounds i quicky found out that this site is linked to other casinos and i had a spend limit on it the account so I couldnt wager my money.
I spoke to a manager on chat and requested my account to be closed he advised to withdraw the money before closing, i tried but whenever i pressed withdraw nothing would happen. I advised the manager of this and he said not a problem that when he closes the account he will request a manuel withdrawal and ill receive the funds in 48 hours so i agreed to this. He said i would recieve a email when this has been done.

3 days past no email or refund. I went on chat they said with relevant department please allow more time. A week past and numerous live chat conversations all stating please allow more time still no email and no refund.

I go on livechat and state all of this the lady on live chat goes to the relevant department and the provide an update that they are still reviewing my request and please allow up to 28 days to get an email. Like what?? What could possibly take 28 days to review ive never wagered a penny with this site when i realised it was linked to other casinos i closed my account and requested my withdrawal. What is there to possibly review.

Its 2021 how can it take 28 days to process this simple request.

Absolutely shocking stay away from this site cus if they are this funny about processing money back god only knows what they will be like processing winnings

First time in a long time have i found a casino im happy with and I will definitely continue to play here at my new favorite casino.

I was pleasantly surprised with the casino. The signup was very straight forward and the welcome bonus that was offered on my first deposit was great. The bonus requirement was a bit high but it is about the same as any other casino I have played on. I personally like to use bonuses and I think CasiGo has a great selection of bonuses to use, there is almost something every day that is fun to use. The customer support was nice, I got service in my own language and they were quick to respond. Overall I had a great time here and I will play here again.

This casino is horrible. The odds of winning are actually very low and they are not proactive in sending you your money in a timely manner. I requested money withdrawn from my account over two weeks ago and was not notified that they needed any sort of ID confirmation to send me my money. If they need to verify people's ID they should do so from the start when the person signs up and deposits large amounts of dollars. It is only after verifying my checking account that I realized that I never got my money and was told that the withdrawal had reverted back to my player's account yet was never give a reason why. I have no reasons to lie, this is not a trustworthy casino and my recommendation is to play at a reputable one such as Jackpot City; they will not BS you. I do not recommend Casigo to anyone and will be reporting them to the gaming commission.
