If I could do less then 1 star I would. My previous loan I paid off early, I had asked if I paid if off if I could renew. Then once I sent in over $400 and reapplied, they ghosted me. No reason why, no answer to my emails. Silence. Completely screwed me over and have been a customer for a long time. I definitely wouldn’t trust this scam and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
