The app is fine, but they keep raising the threshold to qualify for vouchers without giving any notice. Started on 1750 points per £5, then over the last year they’ve gone up to 2500, then 3650,... See more
Unfair Treatment and Lost Earnings
I spent several months saving up $50 on this app, only to have my account blocked and my earnings withheld. When I filed a complaint, the company falsely claimed I had used a VPN—which I absolutely did not. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend using this app.
I earn about $5 a week
I earn about $5 a week. It’s one of the easiest and best walking apps I’ve tried. Most apps I’ve tried take 1-2 months to get $10. Weward took me 6 months.
Doesn't always count steps despite all…
Doesn't always count steps despite all permissions and locations set. It is a common complaint. Reward points aren't very high, like the advertising shows. I've been walking for over a month, some days over 5,000 steps, and so far I've only made 1000 points. You need at least 6000 points to get 10.00 worth of a reward.
CashWalk sells racist, false ads.
CashWalk sells ads that are at times political, racist and false. Ads attack certain candidates, promote intolerance, even violence such as calling for killing Palestinian rights activists.
Suspended conveniently right before a maximum cashout
My account conveniently got suspended just when I reached the 9000 coins for a $15 giftcard. I emailed support but I have yet to hear back. I probably wont, so new users should avoid this app.
This app is a huge waste of time
This app is a huge waste of time. On top of that I completed a weekly challange, it shows that it's complete but they won't give me credit. I emailed them and they asked for more details. I gave them all the details with screenshots and they've never responded. You would make way more money just doing surveys with a different app while you walk.
Dont do cash app
I have been doing cash app for a long time. All of sudden I lost all of my points and it has a different email than I gave it? WTF someone probably cashed in on my points and there is no way to contact these people of course. What a bunch of bullshit.
Cashwalk Getting too Greedy!
What's going on, CashWalk? After the forced update today, this is what you are gonna give us in return?
This is crazy. What a big jump in Coins minimum redemption quota. Now, you need 10K coins to get $10 reward from just 4500 coins last week. This will basically take 6 months for an average walker to even claim anything.
CashWalk is being Greedy! Time to move on and find another useful walk apps.
I'm just curious
I'm just curious, does Cashwalk even have customer service?? I've been trying to collect my coins for a 5.00 Walmart gift card for 3 weeks. I've sent emails, left comments in a few places, and nothing happens.
I don't understand everyone's issue…
I don't understand everyone's issue with this app. Being locked on my home screen can be a bit frustrating. Don't know if I've ever gotten paid for any of the games. Definitely a quirky app but, I cash out a $5.00 Amazon card every 2 to 3 weeks. I make sure to watch all 6 videos for free coins and do the scratch ticket in the game sections everyday. Since November I have cashed out over 60 bucks.
Keeps taking my points away!!!!
This App basically makes money from…
This App basically makes money from promising people lies. I hit 10000 steps only to be offered 5 coins. Don't waste your time. It will offer 5 coins and say 50 coins available tomorrow, which you'll never get. Useless.
Horrible
Horrible, just this morning my count was 4,975, was adding my steps for this morning, and it deleted 100 of my coins. Prior to this, in July, I had over 20k coins, app kicked me out and I had to start again🤬..worst app ever!!
Took all the earnt and redeemed…
Took all the earnt and redeemed giftcards off accounts so if they wasn't saved elsewhere you lost them after the company closed the app for android phones.
They failed to mention they were doing this
Cashwalk app still exists on Apple
discontinued ...
Cash walk has been discontinued after 5th January. Can't claim points gained, even though they kept upping the points needed.
Total bulls##t

Get close too ya voucher and they up the target
Absolute con
Absolute con. It appears I have to get 40,000 points now for a five pound voucher. Fraud at its best. They just keep putting threshold up every time you nearly reach it
Pure pure fraud
Pure pure fraud. They have increased vouchers from 3500 points to now 40000 points and you get only 200 a day max. I know they reserve the right to change the points for vouchers but this is just taking the piss. I will be doing my steps as usual but I will delete the app. Terrible
This is the worst walking app ever
This is the worst walking app ever. When I 1st started using the app, it was 5,000 credits to earn £5, although not easy it set a challenge, I had around 6,500 credits that I hadn't cashed in, there was an update that then increased the credits required to 10,000. This has now changed to 20,000.
If you walk around 10 miles a day you get 200 credits, so you need to walk 1,000 miles for £5. I'm unsure how much this company receives through advertising, but I think it is a total rip off.
