Notre application est une "webapp": elle fonctionne sur ordinateur ainsi que sur smartphone. Mais c'est la même application, et les fonctionnalités sont les mêmes. Tout ce qui est possible sur un smartphone l'est également sur un ordinateur.

Car sold but no money!
I sold my car and was supposed to get my money a week ago and still nothing!! I have the impression that the company on purpose delays the payouts and in the meantime gets interest on the funds. Absolute criminal company!!!

When a vehicle is sold on our platform, we process the corresponding payment the same day. It is available on the seller's bank account with 24/48 hours. We even offer instant payments nowadays, with selected partners.
It is therefore doubtful that you would have sold your car a week ago and not have been paid at this point.
Before writing this opinion on Trustpilot (and calling us "absolute criminals"), have you considered contacting our customer support ? You can do so on +41 24 552 00 60 or +33 1 82 88 24 76, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 18:00.
Final point: we do not perceive any interests on client deposits.
Update 20/07: after investigation, your payment was being blocked by our partner bank, having been flagged for an extra verification regarding fraud prevention. We are unable to provide more details as the topic is sensitive.
Please receive our apologies as you had to wait a longer than our standards to receive your payment. As you can imagine, fraud prevention is an important topic for us and our partners, with the ultimate goal to protect our customers.
