Request for review well before item delivery
The item wasn't delivered yet though email to review and a reminder were delivered to my inbox!
This review is added after reply: The courier company contacted me today, on the 10th day of my order, to verify acceptable delivery. While I appreciate your reply here and the contact by courier company, though on the 10th day, and I have no reason to feel disappointment about product and dispatch, I have only responded here since "I'm reminded" to write a review as the requirement that evokes some uneasiness.

I have tracked this parcel and they have had troubles delivering to your address. We provided you with the tracking information and phone number to contact TNT to confirm the delivery address as they have been trying to deliver for over a week.
We since found that you have put a delivery address to a Post Office and the courier was confused not realising that you as an end user was the Post Office and wasn't an individual having something sent there.
It would have been great to receive and email if there were any questions. We can only go off the information you have provided so unfortunately we cannot control the courier system on the other end.
Once again, your item should have been delivered by this time and the review email is automatic so apologise for any confusion.

Ive used them a few times now and just wouldn't bother going anywhere else, prices are competitive service is undeniably the best! They are honest, fast, have fantastic customer service and a small local business, it seriously doesn't get any better than this!

Thank you for leaving a review, however, i think this may have been the first time we have received a 1 Star Review based on a user manual which we think is a little harsh!
I have had a look through our emails as well and it doesn't look like you have made any contact in relation to a user manual.
