CashPal is the worst service ever. They treat you like trash. There is no online portal to manage your loan. I have tried to contact them numerous times, and no reply. There are way better loan services. Please rethink your loan.

When one refuses to make payment what happens then? Because I learnt Bank of Ghana closed all the app and beside you guys don’t go to the location given

They sign you to a loan then ignore all contact from you! Awful service

I’ve used CashPal twice now, and both times their service was outstanding. The team is professional, fast, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Do not use cashpal! They have no contact number and are impossible to get in contact with. You sign an agreement and they take multiple different amounts from your account! I am not happy! I will be taking this further

Complete waste of time, comes up with an instant error at the end, SCAM TO GET ALL YOUR INFO...

DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES!! They take multiple payments out of your account within days of each other, and break their loan agreement time and time again. By far the worst company on the planet.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They refer me to a credit report website Tippla, how is this useful, now I have to give my bank details to another dodgy website!

Has this app been closed? It's not there in the app store. I borrowed money, my phone crashed so I had to change my phone, now when I am trying to download the app, it's not there in the app store. Has the name been changed?

JUST WOW!! I needed a cash loan ASAP, after asking around, I was recommended Cashpal.

Words cant explain how impressed I was with the prompt loan I received!

I applied in the morning and by the afternoon I had the money in my account!

Will be using again!

payment issue..for payment it redirect to fake page...and customer call us to do payment through google pay and they say we will give NOC...after doing payment they directly cut the phone. and we try to call they did not recieve our call

I didn’t need to speak to anyone
I applied late at night and by end of the next day I had the money in my account

Let me say this to the Cash Pal consultant Piere . This gentleman made it so easy to apply and I received a response quickly.I have dealt with other larger financial institutions in the past cash pal buy far out do with there service .....
