We take accusations such as this seriously so we reviewed your case again internally before responding.

Your account was flagged multiple times by our security and quality-control systems both before and after verification was completed. Following review, we identified a second account in our system associated with you username (“mtrusz”) which had previously been restricted due to poor survey response quality and an elevated chargeback/reversal rate significantly above acceptable partner thresholds.

Our survey partners generally expect reversal rates around 5%, while the account in question showed rates exceeding 12%, which indicates substantial quality concerns from the advertiser side. After that account was restricted, a new account (“felixkjell”) was created, which is a direct violation of our Terms of Service prohibiting multiple accounts.

For clarity, the restriction was not caused by completing KYC or by your balance amount. The action was taken due to repeated risk flags, quality concerns and violation of platform rules relating to multiple account creation.

These measures are not optional for us, they are necessary to protect the platform, maintain relationships with advertisers and survey providers and ensure that legitimate members can continue receiving opportunities and fast payouts. Advertisers expect high-quality traffic and responses and platforms that fail to enforce these standards risk losing access to offers and surveys for all users.

We do not suspend accounts to avoid payment, and as acknowledged in your review, your previous withdrawals were processed successfully before these issues were identified.

At this stage due to the combination of quality concerns and multiple-account violations, the accounts involved will remain permanently restricted from using CashInStyle.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to spend a long time on a survey only to get redirected into another survey or screened out near the end. Unfortunately, this is one of the biggest issues across the entire survey industry and is largely controlled by the survey providers themselves rather than the GPT site displaying the surveys.

Many survey routers dynamically redirect users between surveys based on quota availability, profiling data and advertiser targeting. In some cases, providers may still reject or reverse a completion after additional quality checks are performed on their side. Those reversals can happen days or even weeks later which is why you may sometimes see earnings removed from your balance after initially being credited.

We definitely understand why this feels unfair especially after investing significant time into a survey.

Regarding support, when surveys are managed externally, we unfortunately do not always have the ability to manually force credits or override provider decisions. We also aim to offer some of the highest payouts available on both offers and surveys which unfortunately leaves very little margin for us to absorb tracking issues, unpaid conversions or advertiser chargebacks ourselves.

That said, we continuously work closely with our survey and offer partners to improve tracking quality, reduce late screenouts and minimize reversals wherever possible. We actively monitor provider performance and push for improvements when we notice excessive issues affecting members.

In addition, we are currently expanding and redesigning our surveys section with the goal of bringing more survey partners into one centralized area. This will allow members to compare providers more easily, choose the ones they prefer and increase their chances of finding surveys that match them better and provide a smoother overall experience.

We genuinely appreciate your long-term usage and the honest feedback and we hope to continue improving the experience over time.

Survey chargebacks are issued directly by our partners based on their quality checks and we are required to follow their standards. In your case, our review identified an initial chargeback on a survey as well as a repeated completion of the same survey through another provider. Both are strong indicators of low-quality or high-risk activity from a partner perspective.

Your chargeback rate is already around 20%, while survey partners typically expect it to remain around 5%. Repeating the same survey further increases the likelihood of additional reversals. Based on this pattern, it’s reasonable to expect more chargebacks over time.

We also want to clarify that we don’t wait for users to fix balances to take action, accounts are reviewed through quality checks at the time of withdrawal requests. This allows us to proactively identify risks early. Survey partners can take up to 30 days (or more) to issue chargebacks so waiting would only lead to larger issues later.

Maintaining high-quality traffic is critical to keeping survey providers active on the platform. Allowing low-quality or duplicate activity can harm partner relationships and reduce opportunities for other users who provide consistent and genuine responses.

We understand this may not be the outcome you expected but these measures are necessary to protect the platform and ensure fairness for all users.

In your case, your account was flagged after your survey chargeback rate reached approximately 11% which is significantly higher than the threshold expected by our survey partners. Most of our partners expect participants to maintain a chargeback rate of around 5% or less as an indicator of consistent survey quality.

Because we offer some of the highest payout rates in the industry, maintaining high-quality traffic is essential. When an account consistently exceeds our partners' acceptable chargeback rates, we need to restrict it to protect our relationships with our survey providers and ensure we can continue offering competitive rewards to the rest of our community.

ID verification is only one part of our security process. In some cases, even after verification, an account can still be flagged due to connection-related risk signals (such as network patterns) which are automatically detected by our system to protect both users and the platform. We use multiple independent security and fraud-prevention tools and in your case, your connection was flagged as high risk across all systems both before and after ID verification.

Unfortunately, when multiple systems flag the same account, we are unable to override these safeguards. This is not a personal decision but a necessary measure to maintain a fair and secure environment for all members.
