I sent two laptops in with hard drive issues, was quoted a fair price, but was told there was nothing they could do with them, and recycled them and gave me nothing. I complain for a month and was now told to send a label for them to be returned. So, which is it? Was given a dead line as well. End of business the next day. I don't have access to these resources. Unethical, and unfair business practices.

Great to deal with great communication and fast service

We have not used Cashforusedlaptops.com before, but are glad we found it. We sent our 3 laptops in and received what we thought was a fair quote. They respond quickly to emails. When we called with a question, they were very helpful.

I had some old computers i did not need anymore, i found these guys on google and they were outstanding. Jay - sent over the shipping label immediately, processing was fast, there was a discerption about condition but explained to me well and I agreed. Would do business again with these guys !

They're a bigger scam than I realized. I came across these jerk offs through a company that supposedly buys apple tablets and used laptops. On the phone they go by names like "Jay Smith" "Alex" "Doug" but thick middle eastern accents. Course no one who really is from the middle east has names like Jay Smith, Alex and Doug! Turns out there is a slew of companies with the same MOBILE number and the same 2 physical addresses. I contacted the police on them today. I'm also reporting them to the FTC as well as itc.gov They're clearly huge scam artists with numerous operations. Stay away from this company and any company affiliated with this address

Purchase a second laptop for a company which ended up putting my contract role on hold during my on boarding process due to the economy. An easy to process to use, included a shipping label from them which is very nice. Once my laptop is graded they explain the grade with good details explaining why. Even if you don't agree with the price they give you can always take it back.

Please don't trust a few positive reviews. My recent experience with this company wasn't top-notch, the customer service is not up to professional standards. I have unintentionally misreported a few minor specs for my device however the quote was significantly reduced for it. I believe few reasons they gave for it were unjustified. Also their policy makes it inconvenient to the customer get the device returned as we need to pay for it. The company is less considerate about the customer but more considerate about profits from sales in an aggressive way.
