A gentleman by the name of Drew was quite helpful and understanding of my decision and offered to have my items reevaluated for a higher appraisal. Even though I didn’t accept their offer this particular time, I definitely would consider their services in the future.

Nicole is the Best, Carl is also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place. They appraise your precious metals and diamonds. They were there every step of the way. Communication was excellent every step of the way, and getting the prepaid FedEx shipping label was simple. They even offered free package pickup from my home if I needed it.
My package arrived the very next day, I received my estimate shortly after, and I chose the print-at-home check option. From the time I dropped off my package to having the funds in my bank account was less than 24 hours. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.
