Easy from Start to Finish
I had a great experience because they have a really streamlined process that made it easy. All I had to do was order the kit, schedule a FedEx pickup, and then got mailed my check! I was worried selling my diamonds would be a headache, so this was a relief.

The Real honest heart
Well the fact that everyone has been so kind and when fed ex messed up on my overnight they were so kind to refund my overnight fee even though it wasnt their mistake. Im satisfied with my offer, i do wish it would have been a little more only because my parents and my grandmas wedding rings were sold but i had no other choice but to sell them and the offer was better than most would have given even though these were very nice rings. But im content overall and everyone has been very kind and i appreciate that.

I looked up several websites to sell a diamond ring I had and decided to go with Cash for Diamonds USA. After I got the packet they messaged me and asked if I needed it picked up so I wouldn't miss the 10% extra they offer for mailing the packet back within 7 days. They gave me an offer which surpassed the pawn shop and two different jewelers. I had the payment two hours after they received my item. They do what they say and were incredibly helpful.
