While we understand that your ring may have been appraised for insurance replacement purposes, those values are often significantly higher than current resale market values. Based on our evaluation, the ring's estimated resale market value was approximately $250. Our final offer of $200 represented 80% of that value and, after accounting for our processing and operating costs, actually constituted a loss for our company.

We recognize that appraisals, insurance replacement values, and resale market values can differ substantially, and we understand how that can be frustrating. We never want anyone to feel obligated to accept an offer, which is why customers are always free to decline and have their items returned. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
