Great platform and the cumtomer service / support is fantastic!

Makes gathering neccasary financial documents with clients extremely easy, the difference between manually gathering or using cashdeck is even more evident with any clients who may not have computer access and only mobile.

Great support staff and guides/webinars to help use their system to it's full capacity.

CashDeck makes compulsory statement collection and living expenses verifications easier for all parties. The system is easy to use, and the reports are simple to work with.

These guys do a stellar job in a space that is difficult and messy by nature. We'd previously used a competitor and had challenges getting issues looked at and resolved quickly, which really left us in the lurch with our clients a number of times. Working with the Cashdeck team has been night and day compared to this - things that had literally taken their competitors months to resolve often get turned around within a few hours. It's a huge advantage to us to work with a proactive team who has our back.

Rarely will I use the phrase game-changer, but I've swallowed my indifference and I am gonna' say it.

CashDeck is a GAMECHANGER.

This app first and foremost saves you time. But what the box doesn't tell you, which I am now gonna' tell you... is that it actually makes you a better Broker. And in the eyes of your clients, you are no longer just a broker - you sir or ma'am, now have the appearance of a wizard.

Not like Harry Potter. I'm talking Gandalf. Remember those chopped up P.O.S PDF bank statements you used to get? They are the Balrog. And you, Gandalf, have just conquered that. Because CashDeck will eliminate all sources of evil, from crappy IOS screenshots, to aforementioned dateless PDFs.

That old process. You know the saying - YOU! SHALL NOT PASS! (into my Outlook inbox!)

Great tool for helping with the collection and collating of my clients data prior to applying for their required loan amount. Another great feature is the on going training with the help of video's and in my case one on one training via Zoom. Highly recommend CashDeck, Dale was a fantastic in getting me up to speed with the system.

CashDeck has been amazing and since the implementation of this into our process we have found a real uplift in our efficiencies meaning more time yo have have quality conversations with our clients.
I would recommend any broker that isn't already using CashDeck to get in touch with the team to trial it - they wont look back.

This is fantastic for brokers. I highly recommend it for the application and the follow support.

The Cashdeck system will improve efficiency and time in a meaningful way. Prior to this we would need to contact clients, clients down loan and scan statements, clients then email, we receive email and download, save to file, print all statements, manually look at statements, try to classify expenses, complete a spreadsheet, circle back to customers and follow up and confirm, receive more statements and start the process again. Very time consuming.

Cash deck process, send link to clients, client click on link, we receive statements and excel, already classified, go to pivot table and confirm classifications, make amendments where necessary, then we have living expenses. perfect data for banks, process done

The CashDeck system has made it easier for our clients, and saved our staff hours, and simplified our compliance obligations. The system is quick and easy to use with no clients having any issues. The data that cash deck provides saves us hours in the office and streamlines the process of trawling through bank statements so much we use it as our primary tool to determine clients actual expenses. This means we can spend more time focusing on our clients and less on process.
