My experience with CashCall was a great experience.Donna, my Loan representative was very helpful and offer great service.

They were able to help me out when nobody else would and answered all my questions accurately and honestly. They even had my money in my account in less than an hour.

I have used this company in the past, this time is by far the worst experience, when we call...these employees are rude, disrespectful, hard to get a hold of once you start communication, calls do not get returned in the timely matter, they speak to you in a condescending way.
Just horrible

Didn't feel judged while looking for a personal loan. Will recommend. The entire process was truly easy and quick.

The people that I have talked to have been very pleasant and helpful and the process was speedy.

I've used CashCall before, however this time was more difficult and I don't know why. I decided to cancel and when I did that I received a call some days later saying I could have the loan. I'm not sure what happened in those days, however it didn't make much sense to me. Of course the APR is way to high, it's like getting a loan from a loan shark! I plan to pay this emergency loan off sooner.

Cash call helped me when I was in a bind I used them back in 2005 and it's now 2017 and I'm using them again life happens and I'm glad they were there for me when I needed them

Interest is very high, but if you can't approved for a credit card, or have no other means of getting a loan, then in my opinion, CashCall will be your best option.

I had family emergency and had to get emergency fund somehow. Since I have borrowed from Cashcall previously, I had trust in them. They still had great customer service and have helped me get through the financial crisis that I was in. If you know you can pay back within few weeks, but short on cash, I highly recommend them :)

The whole process was seamless being a repeat customer I didn't have to go through a bunch of hoops to complete the process.

While I was helped in a pinch, and very quickly, the customer service could have been better. I called in, and while it may not have sounded like it, I was very nervous about having to take a loan for my small business. The man on the other end of the phone seemed as if he were having a bad day. When I asked him if he was, he said he didn't know why I would ask that. He seemed to lighten up a bit by the end of the transaction, but it really seemed as if he wasn't enjoying life, let alone his job.

Additionally, the interest rate for this quick loan is extremely high! While I understand these loans are ultimately "high risk" loans, there should be an option to refinance with CashCall after a number of payments, or some sort of solution in lowering the initial interest rate.

At the end of the day, I'm happy CashCall was able to provide me with some financing, helping me when urgently needed.

Very helpful in helping me through the process. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The loan process is relitively fast and funds are deposited quickly. The numerous amount of phone calls are a nuisance.
