Avoid like the plague

I wish i had read the reviews before sending my phone .after receiving my phone the reduced the offer from £56 to £25 .and if i wanted the phone back i would have to pay £6.99 postage .reluctantly i accepted the price .but several weeks after receiving my phone they still havnt paid giving various excuses including not having my correct bank details.even though they waited 10 to tell me this. Avoid this company at all costs .i would have rather given my phone to charity than this company make any money out of me

I sent 2 iPhone 10’s (separately may I add) beginning of this month, offered £472 for each phone and as stated used (not new) they eventually offered me £360 and £380 badly scratched glass front and rear, no they bloody were not, ask them to be returned as received and special delivery as expensive, I received 1 phone back on the 11 of this month, second did not arrive, contacted them and said both sent back and gave me tracking number, yes that’s correct but where’s the second phone, they said in same package!!!! Proved that wrong, they sant email this Monday and apologised for the confusion and sent tracking number for the phone..... yes it was the first one. You phones4cash are an absolute joke, and if it’s not sorted I’m taking legal action....

Cash4laptops, LDR LLC, Cash for iPhones SCAM

Cash4laptops, cash4iPhones LDR LLC is a scam they say they will give you $230 dollars for the phone in the condition you tell them it is in and then when they receive the phone they make up some excuse say they will get back to you with a new price then when they email you the new price you cannot reach them back, all of a sudden they cannot respond back to your emails, I tried to contact them to send my phone back every way possible the second they sent me a new offer, they hang up on you over and over again or the line stays busy all day,and if you get threw they say they have to transfer you to the purchasing department which never answers you sit there and hold until they hang up on you. They say they will make a note on your account to send it back but still yet you cannot ever get through to purchasing and they end up screwing you and sending you $23 to your account and then you're screwed they still do not answer the phone you get nowhere IT IS A SCAM!!!!! I had the iPhone 5S 32 GB and the screen was cracked, they ripped me off so bad. BEWARE of Cash4laptops, Cash4iphones, LDR LLC

I would not use under any circumstances

Company gave best projected offer for used phone
Postal package sent promptly
On receiving phone, assessed and revised offer made for less than half original offer
If not accepted, postal cost for return of phone was very excessive
Offer accepted under duress
No payment received
Never heard from Cash4Phones.co.uk again and web site no longer available

Never use these people

Found them through one of the comparison sites and they offered the best price for a Blackberry Bold. Sent it to them and after they reduced the price due to 'wear and tear' (the handset was like new) they said they were sending a cheque which never arrived. I complained and was told to provide bank details so they could transfer directly. I did this and no money was transferred. I chased them several times and got nowhere. Pure scam artists who clearly offer higher prices in order to secure the business and then behave very badly. I'm amazed they're still in business as they must be worth a Trading Standards investigation.

Total fraudsters

I had a clear out in October and sent 9 phones totalling £172.11 to cash4phones. realised this was a mistake immediately when they said they had not received my phones, despite having proof by trackable post.
Then they all went quiet and I started to research this company and found shocking evidence of poor trading tactics. I emailed them which bounced back and tried to phone. Eventually found an email from an onsite forum which worked, and told them I was taking out CCJ, and suprise they promised payment by 12 December.
Yes you guessed it... I did mot receive it so took out the claim via the online small claims process. Got this back this week as unserved as addressee "gone away". Now trying to make claim through liquidator-Capital Books, which I found on website from the article in the newspaper... probably no chance of any money or that i will ever see my phones again, but if enough people complain about these scum hopefully we will stop the individuals starting up new companies again.

Scammers!

I sent my Samsung Note 2 a couple of months ago to trade for money, but never received it. I check my account on their website and it stated money transaction was successful, but that was far from true. I contacted them many time by their website's contact page, but never got any response back.
SCAMMERS!! AVOID THEM!!!

RIP OFF AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

DECIDED TO SEND MY BLACKBERRY 8520 CURVE TO THIS COMPANY AS THEY OFFERED ME £47.00 FOR IT. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A FAIR OFFER, THE PHONE WAS ONLY 8 MONTHS OLD IT WAS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION NO SCRATCHES IT HAD BEEN CASED THE WHOLE TIME! WAS LIVID WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO ME WITH A PATHETIC OFFER OF £10.00 STATING THAT THE PHONE WAS VERY SCRATCHED AND HAD NO BATTERY!!! THE PHONE WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION I BUBBLE WRAPPED IT AND THE BATTERY WHEN I SENT IT... I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BUT THEY WOULD ONLY RETURN IT IF I PAID THE £8.95 POSTAGE!!

Robbery!

I sent my phone in November - a good condition iphone. The website offered £110.
They received the phone, it was sent special delivery and signed for by Osman.
Nothing received from them, tried to 'phone - no number on website. my emails were unanswered or bounced back. Wrote again special delivery - letter received and signed for but I have still heard nothing. Web site now closed. Trading standard tell me that the address given to Companies House as their Registerd Office is false. There was also an article in the Mail on Sunday two weeks ago saying that they are basically crooks. I have also reported them to ActionFraud the police fraud site..
How can this be allowed to happen?

SCAMMERS!! WATCH OUT!

I sent this scamming company my perfectly good iPhone 4S as I found them on a comparison site and they seemed to come up with the best price. I sent it away hoping to get about £150 as it was in perfectly good condition, after numerous emails and constant phone calls I have now realized that it has gone. They don't answer their phones...they seem to always be busy and put you on hold, they don't reply to your emails! NOTHING!

I think its disgusting how people get away with things like this as it looks like I am not the only one this has happened to, I hope these scumbags get everything they deserve!

BUNCH OF THIEVES DO NOT USE

I wish my old phone was still in my drawer doing nothing rather than sending it to this bunch of con artists. Cut a long story short agreed a second revised price for my old phone after rejecting their revised offer. I have been waiting since the 3rd October 2013 for payment. I have tried contacting them numerous times which they now ignore after being palmed off with accounts are having 'technical difficulties' , even a phone number they contacted me on seems to belong to another company who say have not heard of this mob.

PEOPLE DO NOT SEND YOUR OLD PHONE TO THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WITH A BITTER TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH.
