Hi Linda,
We offer a free, insured, no obligation valuation service, where we pay all the postage to receive your precious metals, and if the offer is refused, we pay all the postage to send the items back to you. We do however require a minimum of 10 grams of gold to use our free postal service. Parcels containing under 10 grams of gold will incur a £15 admin fee to send the items back to you if the offer is refused. This is stated on our website, and in the gold selling pack we sent out to you.
Unfortunately it is not viable for us to offer a free postal service on very small quantities of gold as we struggle to cover our costs.

Sent email requesting envelope for my bits of gold. Received within 24 hours. Postie delivered it at 11.30 am. I filled in a very easy form that was mainly pre populated. Walked to the post office at 12 noon. The following morning at 10am I received a phone call with an offer. I accepted and by 10.10 I had the cleared funds in my current account. Unbelievable. Ordering on line for the package to sent my items was very easy. Sent item off at post office received telephone call next day with a price. I excepted the price . Money in bank same day. All done in 2 days. I would recommend this company if you have any items you don’t wear anymore. Check them out.
