Casey’s is one of my favourite places to go. I first attended an Abba night and I couldn’t stay away. Excellent venue, fabulous entertainment, great food and a good night guaranteed!

I attended to 80’s evening recently and am looking forward to the Christmas Party nights.

I would recommend to all!

As honest as the day is long. She would go above and beyond to help people , her staff are pleasant and are approachable , if they thought they could help a person they would , I would say they are honesty ,hard working young people , I would say to anyone. That if you wanted a party go to Casey’s in donnington , or a night out. We had a great time. And yes we would go back there again .
And again , I work for nhs and I know for a fact from the staff I work with. They enjoyed there nights at Casey’s.
Dancers ,singers fab , I just wish I was young again to do what they do. But hence I’m not but they bring so much joy to people in this world. If all people in this world was as honest and trustworthy as Nicole Casey and her staff this world would be a better place.to live in .

I was booked as a performer by a absolutely awesome charity event for kids with cancer and have to say I was treated with absolute respect from when I arived to when I left and I can’t recommend this venue enough for your event !!!

Absolutely wonderful place to visit for a good party night out with friends and family. Been to a number of events throughout the year. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shows are amazing and loads of fun to watch. The room is always set to the theme and looks great! A really fab place to go to.

Absolutely love Motown nights. The following of these three ladies is getting much better each time I come to watch. Superb voices and great evening! Motown at caseys is most definitely a night not to be missed

We held a charity event at Casey's and the staff were amazing, couldn't do enough to ensure our night went smoothly. It's a unique venue and we had an amazing evening !

Our group of ladies have regular party nights out, where we are guaranteed to have a great night. Fabulous entertainment, but also a safe and friendly venue. Recommended

With such an amazing night last new year, I’ve booked once more for our family to attend to welcome in 2024. Only venue in Telford that allows children to attend and puts on fabulous entertainment for kids and families throughout the night. The evening is so welcoming and enables adults with children to create memories in a safe environment. Well done caseys venues for being so diverse and inclusive 👏

I went to the Motown event recently with friends and wow - what an amazing evening we all had. The entertainment was brilliant, superb DJ and staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent value for money, including a basket meal - all for £10 per person.
Thank you Nicola Casey for such a wonderful, safe and professional venue right on our doorstep.

Amazing venue! Had my 18th birthday at Casey’s and nothing was too much trouble! Staff are friendly & helpful, food was amazing, bar had a good selection! Would deffo recommend!

Motown night.
As usual a brilliant night at Caseys.
The new show was fabulous, talented singers, great music and costume changes.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Venue decorated well for the event.
Wonderful to be back on the dance floor after illness. Staff made a great fuss of me to welcome me back.

Absolutely disgraceful how they’ve lost a whole weddings worth of cards! Including one from myself with a heartfelt message and money!

Myself and my husband had our wedding reception at Casey’s. They offered us a post box for our guest to put cards into. These cards contained more than £100+.

Upon going back the next day to retrieve our wedding cake nothing was mentioned by the staff about the post box.

I informed the owner who told me to go in the next day and speak to the event manager of the night Josh. We spoke to them and he said nothing was there.

A couple of conversations between my friends and my new husband said I could look at the CCTV to which the owner said they did not have any covering the night (strange how the stories got mixed).

Casey’s has been so rude to myself, my husband and my family/friends telling them to take their reviews down. This will not stand. No sympathy towards this matter at all. I have email threads and recorded evidence of phone calls and text messages which offer no help or advice.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Where do I start?
The venue is lovely, and is very looked after.
However, the attitude from the manager is an absolute shame.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding recently where MULTIPLE cards went missing, not one or two. Equalling to over £100 in money gifted. And instead of actually being apologetic or helpful with this; the staff have turned to being very rude and childish.

The logic provided is “they were reported after three weeks, the bride and groom should have said, we didn’t know cards were missing”

1) they were reported as I chased the bride to see if she had received mine as I assumed she had been given these.
2) the bride and groom collected items the following day but we’re not given anything out of the WHITE POSTAL BOX that was provided by the venue, and was supposedly locked by the venue. So WAS the venue’s responsibility at the time, especially when they even state themselves that the bride and groom were instructed to collect stuff the following day?

3) we understand you didn’t know, however, you provided the post box/locked box to which should have been emptied by staff the night of (stated by yourself) to give to the bride and groom.
Why provide a prop if it is not to be used? And why leave this in a very open area and not in the hall itself. Meaning anyone could have had access?!

Honestly, this could have all been saved if the manager was not so harsh and rude with her responses and actually acted like a decent human being. Instead of being uncooperative, and giving information that was incorrect.
Like promising CCTV knowing this was not available; and telling people to delete reviews.

I will not be deleting this review as this is what I have personally experienced. Again, such a shame.

I went to a wedding here recently and had a great time so the one star might seem very unfair. The bride and groom had a box that their guests could put cards etc in and the contents of it disappeared’ that night and have, so far, not been recovered. I was shocked at how uninterested Casey’s seemed to be about this! The police were called but they said they could do nothing as the venue did not have the cctv from that night. They have lost everything from their wedding and are expected to just be ok with that. Although, the box had a lock on it and the key was held by the venue staff, neither myself or anyone is suggesting anyone from Casey’s took it but it’s looking increasingly like someone did and as it happened on their premises I would have expected them to have been much more concerned about it. Please bear this in mind before spending good money on holding a celebration there.

Reading some of these negative reviews, I am totally shocked. Casey’s have hosted a 70th birthday party for my mum and today, my daughters 5th birthday party. They were absolutely excellent and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Staff we absolutely amazing especially Josh and Taylor, thank you so so much! The party exceeded my expectations and every parent said it was the best child’s party they have ever been to!

We had an issue when we attended a recent party night as the allocated area was not big enough for our party (There was 12 of us and it was super cramped). Whilst one lad did try to resolve the issue, it was the owner/manager who resolved the issue really swiftly and with zero fuss. We had a fantastic evening, with great entertainment and 80s tunes. We will certainly be booking again for the future. Thanks for sorting our issue on the night so swiftly.

We have attended our nephews18th in the main hall and a 50th in the VIP lounge and have had excellent food, service and DJ…
Matthew, Jody, Lauren, (young gentleman.. archt?) and Matt the DJ were all totally amazing… Thdnk you guys for making it such a Crackin night…

Not disability friendly especially when you have to cancel tickets due to ill health offering a credit note isn't a valid alternative.Using the excuse they are a small business and can't offer refunds either isn't an excuse either.

Their reply says it all about their customer service and they were contacted 24 hours plus in advance of the event which isn't last minute and informed it was due to long term ill health.

Definitely not a disability friendly company as shown by their conduct !!!
