Edges separating after a few months
I have been a big fan of Casetify and have purchased several cases, but I am very disappointed with the recent quality. I expected great protection for the price, but after only a few months, the edges started peeling off and separating.
I initially thought I was being too rough with my phone, but I realized I wasn’t. Many of my friends are experiencing the exact same issue. It’s frustrating because these cases are not cheap, yet they don't seem to last even half a year. I really hope the company addresses these durability issues, as the current quality does not match the premium price tag.

Placed an order on March 29th order…
Placed an order on March 29th order status is (pending production) order # 31205224. I placed another order on April 5th that I received and love but I am yet to receive an update on the first order. I’ve contacted them by email a few times but get automated emails. I just want the order cancelled and a refund but have been waiting.

Premium case with no effort in budget shipping
I placed my order on April 26th, and honestly, it’s disappointing that a $70+ case doesn't include expedited shipping. The slow delivery and overall brand experience have been very frustrating. It’s hard to justify buying from this brand again when the service doesn't match the price. The brand’s communication feels premium and unique, but this experience definitely tarnishes that image. It’s difficult to justify purchasing from this brand again when the service doesn't align with the price point.

Worst customer experience of my life.
And I genuinely mean it.
I ordered two Apple Airpods 4 cases for my girlfriend and I. The case tops didn't stay on and there were no instructions or mentions of this were in the packaging, such as how to adhere them on etc. They came with no adhesive. The custom print on one of the items was also off-center and partly printed onto the inside of one of the cases.
No biggie, there is a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy, and I sent a return request to them within 10 days. It should be as easy as with literally Any Other Company!
Boy was I wrong. I receive a reply and am informed I need to submit VIDEO EVIDENCE of my defect -- something no other company has ever requested. Keep in mind this is "no-questions-asked!"
I submit video evidence of the defects. I get a reply at 10 PM THAT NIGHT (while I am asleep) saying the videos can't be opened and that I need to submit different videos. I wake up the next day, go to work, and read the e-mail while at work. I think, "ok, geez, now I have to find a media converter and convert my .mov files to something they can open. What a hassle, but I'll do it when I get home."
WHILE I AM STILL AT WORK, I get an e-mail stating, and I quote, that the request has "....been waiting for a while. Because it looks like we can't move forward, we're automatically solving your ticket."
This company requests video evidence of defects, closes your tickets in LESS THAN 24 HOURS, and is willingly deceptive regarding "no-questions-asked" return policy. It looks like no questions asked applies to in-person orders only. But ask yourself, has any company ever asked you to RECORD AND REFORMAT VIDEOS FOR A RETURN??
I paid $30 for each case, more than ANY OTHER CASE ON THE MARKET I'VE SEEN, received a basically standard quality product that was LITERALLY FAULTY, and the company had me work harder than I ever have to make an unsuccessful return before immediately closing my ticket because they can't open .mov files (that is the file type your iPhone records by the way). Sorry I don't have a production studio to film and format your return videos.
Please keep this terrible truth in mind when thinking about ordering from this company.
I am just keeping the products [in my local donation drop-off bin] because I cannot bear to speak with this company any longer.
I am never buying from this company again and I encourage your caution as well.

Great Quality & Adorable Cases
I haven't had the cases for too long on my current phone but I've dropped my phone on some tile once and I was surprised nothing got damaged. The cases look amazing (although 54$ per case for my model they should) and the rewards program gives you a choice of a free non collab phone case if you spend enough. The designs have lasted for the lifespan of the two phones Ive had previously (although both of those phones only lasted a year since they were preowned & old when I bought them) so they seem to last the test of time as well. The only thing I would complain about are the wireless chargers. I bought one about a year and a half ago and while the second one is somewhat lasting through the warranty it only works on very specific ports now for charging so that's a tad bit annoying
