Justice for Android users!
I love casetify and the fun designs and super protective covers it offers. But as a non-iPhone user, I'm always sorely disappointed at the options available for us. I'm willing to pay more for pre-orders so would love to have that option. The Crocs Collab still lives rent free in my mind, and the recent mirror/sticky backs too would've been great for Androids.

got the customizable toy story case
got the customizable toy story case, took almost 2 hours to get the stickers “in bounds” because it wouldn’t specifically say anything about where the out of bounds areas were and wouldn’t say which sticker was out of bounds, it kept crashing and deleting all of my progress, i used to love casetify but this made me not want to ever buy from them again

Complaints and requests for improvement
Are you really interested in hearing a review? Casetify is good, but the service is the worst compared to it. When exchanging returns, the response is slow, and in what era are we living in? Is there a place where consumers can directly send the returns? We need to improve the automatic return collection system. Instead of communicating via email, create a chat for them. The truly one-sided sales response service is the worst. Casetify doesn't communicate.
