They are fraudsters.. I’ve been trying to contact them from a very long time now for my prepaid order..

Number is switched off, no one reply’s on mails( must have mailed 7-8 times)..

They are scammers.. I don’t understand how these kind of people still able to run the show.. Even after so many complaints..

The only way to get back to them is by ordering COD and not accept, let them bear loss of delivery charge.

Wrote couple of emails- no response to the requests.
How to report this company with consumer court.?

Fraud how ppl are leaving him he should be handed to police by complaints of cyber crime we should not spare them

I have ordered two mobile cases for samsung s25 ultra on 23rd July , order no 17796, I have not recived the product . This is totally a fraud company. How can we sue this company. They have looted lots of customers and continue doing that.

There is no scope for the company to improve . As this company operates on doing fraud with customers.its customer service number is inactive and they don't respond back to ur email. Booked a iPhone xs max case by seeing the ads on Facebook.but received junk from their end . Tried to contact them but no use . Everytime u mail them u vl get mail delivery failure alert in ur inbox.

Fake website money taken nothing delivered

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had booked two Mobile Cases from the casehub Website on June 11, 2025. They haven't delivered my order, nor is anyone answering the calls, emails & Instagram DMs. I had tried to reach them with all these sources. I later found that they are taking money from users via UPI but not delivering the products to the customers. Please take strict action against such a fraudulent company. Who is stealing people's hard-earned money.

I ordered a Galaxy S24 Ultra case, but Casehub sent me a cheap plain fiber iPhone case instead. Now they’re not responding to my emails, and when I try calling their number (9220725584), it says the number doesn’t exist. This feels like a big scam. I’ve lost my money 😢

fraud website. after taking the money from my UPI account they did not deliver the product. the contact number given is also fake. no way to reach them.

Simply fraud ,will take money and send basic covers and then no response on email and phone.
