I would have put NO stars if it was…

I would have put NO stars if it was possible. Highly misleading descriptions on mobile phone cases. I sent for one that stated "quality leather" and it is 100% plastic. I also tried the waterproof version which looked to be of good quality however it attenuates the mobile signal and makes some calls impossible.
Customer support is a disaster.
Will order what I need from Amazon in future as they have a reliable returns procedure for faulty items. I shall never purchase from CASEBUS again.

Please avoid these scammers as much as possible. They describe their products as high quality and that is not true. I’m trying to get my money back from them and regret so much buying from them. All the reviews are negative, I wish I had check Trustpilot before falling into their trap.

Good product poor shipping.…

Ordered a phone case on the 11 February received it on the 25 February do not be deceived by the Australian flag on the website as I was assuming I was buying from an Australian company, it was shipped from Hong Kong. However upon saying that the case is of good quality and as described on the website. Maybe this company should review it's shipping policy and the freight companies that they use, it appears my case was airfreight Hong Kong to Sydney then by road freight to my address at Hervey Bay in Qld, hence the long shipping time.

I paid 47€ for a phone case that looks…

I paid 47€ for a phone case that looks far slimmer in the product photos than it is in reality. The actual case is significantly bulkier, and the description does not clearly state the true thickness or dimensions.

Customer support offered only a 10€ “maximum” refund. For a full refund, I was told to return the item to China at my own expense. Tracked shipping from Germany costs about 25€, which is clearly disproportionate to the purchase price.

No EU return address and no prepaid label were provided.

This kind of return policy makes it practically unrealistic for EU customers to return products. Buyers should think carefully before ordering.

MagSafe FAIL

The iPhone case I received would not work with MagSafe. To get a refund/return, I would have to pay shipping to CHINA which is nearly the cost of the case! The other solutions they offered was a $5 refund. $5! or another one of their cases they may or may not work. BUY AMERICAN.

No phone arrived.

I haven't received anything. I am approximately $35 poorer and have nothing to show for it. I wanted a phone case because I keep dropping my phone (it was and is an urgent situation), but USPS says that the tracking number that CASEBUS gave me is invalid. CASEBUS's confirmation email that they sent me after I had ordered my product says that the order processing time is 1-3 days. It is 10 days after I had ordered and their website still says that they are processing the order. For reference, their shipping time is supposedly 3-6 days and their processing time is supposedly 1-3 days. I am 1 day past both of those numbers combined and my order is supposedly still processing.

Edit: I called them. They said that the warehouse didn't have that phone case and that I could order another phone case. They said that if the phone case I ordered was within 5 dollars of the one I had previously ordered (A.K.A. $40) they would pay the difference and that if it were less than the price of the one that I had previously ordered they would refund the difference. I said that I wanted a full refund. They fortunately gave me a full refund. I've broken my phone again since then and had 3 weeks of my time completely wasted waiting for a phone case. It could've been worse, at least.

Absolute trash. Their products are not like their ads AT ALL. They sent me a two piece case that had the buttons falling off of it. So bad, avoid 100%.

FALSE ADVERSTISING BEWARE

My 12 year old ordered a case for her Ipad and the picture shows it having a slot for the pen on the front. They sent one with no slot for a pen. I emailed them and told them they sent the wrong one and to please send me the correct one and then I will return the wrong one. They said they use the same pictures for different products and the one she wants does not come with the pen slot on the front. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! After days of going back and forth they want my 12 year old to pay to return the item. I don't think so. It was their mistake for falsely advertising. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy Casebus anything. 14 days and no product. Kiss that money goodbye. Shame on Google for featuring them so prominently when searching for waterproof cases. Terrible tracking service, and it feels like a complete scam outfit. I learned the hard way. Don't do it.

"Premium leather" is just cheap vinyl in reality.

Their wording says premium leather and I was delivered a very cheap vinyl product. When I contacted them, their exact words were "premium leather doesn't always mean genuine leather". I wouldn't have believed if I didn't hear it for myself. But that's what they put in an email so I have proof of it. Then they told me they would replace it, but only with the same cheap crap they have, and they don't even have the leather version they advertise. And if I wanted to refund, I had to pay to send it back and there would be no guarantee I would get the refund. After all, a dishonest company is only going to find another reason to cheat me. I would highly suggest against ever buying anything from this company.

Why didn't I read these reviews before I bought this Iphone 17 case??

I ordered this $29 credit card phone case - after the one I bought on Amazon for $16 (with a different name) had a case sliding mechanism that was impossible to slide open.

Lo-and-behold, when I received the case from Casebus.. it was the exact same case! Twice the price, and of course - the sliding mechanism was the same: impossible to open.

When I tried tried to return the case, customer service said that to return it was very expensive - and that's because the return address was in China (even though much of their advertisement lists California as an address).

I give up; a loss of $29. Do not buy from this company.. it is virtually impossible to return an item.

Spigen used to have an amazing case just like this - that actually functioned. Alas, they no longer sell them.

I got a casebus phone case for my…

I got a casebus phone case for my iPhone 14 Pro, I have to admit it’s little functions are pretty handy but one day when I was just sitting down on my chair the phone slipped out of my pocket and the the back of my phone was smashed to pieces and it was only like 30-40cm off the ground. Useful Phone case, Shit protection and now if I want to repair it I have to spend more than triple to price of the phone case to repair it.

Terrible company - don't buy from them

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. My shipment was delayed for 3 weeks and I ended up getting a phone case from another company KeziHome (great quality case by the way). Casebus would not cancel my order. I ended up receiving the phone case I didn't need. Customer service said I could either take $5 as a goodwill offering or send the case back to China which would cost more than the case for a full refund. Don't buy from this company unless you are willing to eat the cost of your case.

Ordered the wrong case . Realised as soon as the order had been processed. Could not cancel the order so emailed the company to let them know and to cancel my order and I got no reply and the case got delivered to me after 3 weeks.
