Fooled by Case2Case

Where to begin... When I purchased my product I never got a confirmation on my order, even though the payment was fullfilled and drawn from my bank account. When I was going to send the company an e-mail, asking whether the order got registered and if the product I bought was shipped, I experienced it was impossible to send anything to the address at the site.
So now I am $50 poorer and I dont have a chance to send my complaints to the store.
I would highly reccomend everyone to stay away from case2case.
And pardon my english, I am Norwegian.

Just want to say thank you to Shirley

I bought my element cases from case2case for Christmas, but didn't received it in time, maybe it was because of the Christmas crush, I'm really nervous, then I contact their customer service, it is Shirley who replied me and finally help me found my item. I was also worried that the item may not genuine, but thank to god, it is genuine with original package. Thank you, Shirley and case2case!

NOT reputable seller. Advise to avoid.

Very slow shipping, and product was not as advertised. Item received was not as described (I didn't even receive the colour I paid for). Customer service has also been extremely unhelpful, and I've not been able to get an exchange or refund.

Will not be purchasing from these people ever again.

selling fakes and insisting they are genuine

Be cautious of the branded phone cases that you buy from this site. Long story short, they are selling fake branded cases but will tell you they are real even if you ask.

Long story:
I got a Michael Kor case for samsung s3 and kinda knew they were fakes already since an extensive google search shows that no one else sells them (including the michael kor site). I also emailed the site just to see what they would say and they insisted they were all genuine Michael Kors.

I still ended up getting it since misus didnt mind the fact it was probably fake and they still copied the design close enough. When the item arrived it was packaged in a generic plastic box and when she compared it to her friends genuine michael kor iphone case you could tell the quality was completely different.

If they had just said it was a copy from the start I would have been fine about it, but I get annoyed when ppl lie through their teeth. You can also probably tell from the above 3 reviews that case2case also throws up bogus reviews.

very good cases, high quality and beautiful design,

I have bought lots of cases before, but I think cases from 'case 2 case' are the best when compared with others. They are in high quality and their designs are beautifu and cute. I like to have these cases for my phone. I WILL COME AND BOUGHT FROM HERE AGAIN.
