Does just what it needs to
Basically gonna be buying these from now on. Enough protection for my needs, and the customizable picture is sturdy and a good quality print. Love it.
Horrible customer service
Updating for a final time: March 13th. I received the replacement case and it's even worse than the original. The printing issue was not addressed, and they instead just sent a matte case with the same horrible dull printing. Case24 contacted me privately and tried to say that I'm only out to hurt their business by posting a negative review without any sort of acknowledgement of the poor communication or the printing issues. On the plus side, I did get my money back. If you're wondering about this company, definitely shop elsewhere for a custom case. The print quality is horrendous, the communication from the company is barely existent, they will try to withhold refunds due to negative reviews and they lack the ability to see how that's poor business. March 3rd: Editing post to reflect current status: Case24 has shipped a replacement case, I was only notified that a replacement case was created and shipped AFTER I left the negative review. At no point was there communication with the company regarding a replacement case being created, even as I had attempted to follow-up with them, so how would I know? I've also been informed of the following from Case24. 'We would greatly appreciate it if you would reconsider your review. If you do, we are happy to refund your order, and you may keep the new case.' So it seems that Case24 is now threatening to withhold my requested refund due to this negative review that accurately described my experience with them. This is a pretty interesting business model where a company who has showcased horrible customer service is now attempting to strong-arm a customer by withholding a refund due to a negative review. I would definitely look elsewhere for a company to do business with if I were you. Original review is below: Complete Horrible customer service, even worse product. The customer service for this company has gone completely downhill, and so has the printing quality. I had used them in the past and really loved not only the great customer service, but the excellent printing. I recently acquired a new case for a new phone and the printing came out absolutely dull and muddled. (I have prints made from the same file, so I know the file is good) I contacted for a replacement and got an email asking for a photo of the defect, I immediately responded with a photo and then was ghosted. I followed up several days later and heard nothing. At this point, I decided I just wanted a refund and will take my business elsewhere. I put in a refund request, received an email with 'We have received your message, please give us some time to resolve this issue'. I've now waited nearly another week and there has been no communication from the company. From what I've seen, there is no phone number to speak with a person, you can only submit request tickets. It's been proven multiple times that they won't respond to the open tickets on email, so you just have to create new tickets to try to get through to them. Their social media accounts don't seem active and at this point I'm assuming the company is going to be out of business soon and they simply don't care. I'd shop elsewhere.

I wish I had read the 1* reviews - AVOID
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a phone case on 7th Feb and was told on 13th Feb it was shipped. It is now the 24th and the tracking has been saying “in transit” for days - way too late to give as a gift now. It is infuriating that these companies take your money, presumably without having a product to deliver on time. Now I have to begin the fight for recompense. AVOID.

I like the case very much
I like the case very much. The photo is nowhere near as sharp as the original, however.
1 week stuck in 'We've collected your parcel'
I was custom photo on my mobile Samsung S25 Ultra case last week 14th Feb, 1 week later still no coming, I checked Evri tracking still stuck in 'We've collected your parcel' 12:32 - Sat Feb 15 for 1 week still not on way seen fake tracking.
I was ordered AliExpress still no problem arrived by Evri was real tracking.
I was looking more personalised case UK websites for Samsung S25 Ultra still not many just few they too slow make new case for S25 U.
Boots website keep say not founded for S25 U & Max Spielmann website still not yet S25 U only got S24 U.
I was created personalised case for S25 U on Amazon much quickly within 1 day then dispatched by Royal Mail will arrive on Mon to Wed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ARE IN THE UK
Item was out of stock when I placed the order. Was not informed about this until I got in touch a week later to see where my case was.
Then told the item was being dispatched on a certain date. Travels all around Europe before being sent to the UK so waiting over another week for the item to be delivered.
Still waiting and have contacted Case24 for a refund. Told this is not possible as it has been sent already.
Asked what else can be done to be told that the answer is nothing.
Highly suggest if you are based in the UK to not use this supplier and shop somewhere with better customer service.

poor print quality
Like previous reviewers point out, the business was unable to print my case without adding a large block of white to cover the transparent areas. The image was also resized poorly at a low DPI, resulting in a grainy, pixelated image; this is despite the fact that I supplied a large and high quality image for printing, which should have been simple for any graphic designer to process. The result was a low quality print finish, which should have been immediately obvious to the business that the customer would not be satisfied with. The print is also placed on the outside of the case, meaning it will erode quickly being held in the hand. They also obscure the fact that their printing software is unable to handle alpha channels by only supplying image previews with a white background, on a website that also has a white background. This was previously flagged by another customer. It does not appear that the business has taken any steps to rectify this or more clearly signpost to their customers that they are unable to print images with any transparency baked in. I am frustrated that the business misled me on the previews of the final product. Had I known that the business would not be able to print the product I desired, I would not have purchased it. Consider me unsatisfied and now searching yet again for another business to supply my phone case. I would not recommend case24.com. Two stars because you actually completed the print job, but since I now need to find a second phone case I'm not much better off anyways.
Lastly, to note to other potential customers that the website advertises orders 'Ready in 48h', but the order took 2.5 weeks to process and a further week to be delivered.

Ordering and delivery was pretty much flawless, very happy. Product quality was good, but could be better, if the print was done on the inside of the case to protect it more.
