Absolutely terrible company who I will never use again. I booked a vehicle with them and on returning clean, fuelled with no damage, they took money from my credit card for existing damage. I contacted them and exchanged multiple emails showing that the damage was there on my original paperwork, but they ignored this. The only way I got my money back was by raising a dispute through my credit card company who immediately agreed with me and refunded the transaction. I have rented hundreds of cars through work and personally and never has as terrible an experience.
Please avoid this company at all costs as my experience of them was dreadful.

I highly recommend Carwiz- it’s a reliable and honest company - not like WheeGo(never go to them).
I’ve got an excellent experience with Carwiz and their stuff. Throughout the trust I gained to them I’ll be renting the car in the future as well with them.

Even that our flight was delayed there was no problem with picking us up from the airport and collecting our car. Returning was also very easy without any hassle. Especially the we wete traveling from Krakow airport to Kościelisko straight after our flight. Without a car we would be stuck at the airpord with a child.
Thank you to the personel that was working at the desk that day 11.01.26 for monitoring our flight and staing in tuch so we were up dated with our car situation. Ania

Absolute nightmare experience,

The process of picking up the car took nearly two hours on Christmas evening; it was an absolute nightmare. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and scandalous, and their rudeness and arrogance were evident at the highest level. This was not only directed towards myself and my wife, but also towards two other customers who were also waiting for the car. In my 20 years of experience renting cars worldwide, I have never witnessed anyone crying in a car rental place. Car Wiz was the first place. I lack the time to detail how distressing these two hours were; however, I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs. The car that was released was in tragic condition, a worn-out Yaris dirty all around. I have asked several times to give me a different car; the only response was, "If you don't like it, walk away."

I have been late 2 hours due to late flight, company cancel my reservation and replace with new one over 4 times more expensive. Glad I know how to use trains. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Zero stars if it would let me. Terrible service. With unhelpful staff. Avoid and go elsewhere in airport there’s many more ( proper) car hire companies.
Reserved car to be told on arrival it had been rented elsewhere and reservation had expired as they only hold for an hour. Staff member unhelpful and smirked all through. I have since read reviews and find this to be a sham /scamming company that charges for pre existing damage when you return the car and keeps your deposit.

Good car for reasonable price. We got Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid (exactly the model we booked) 2023-year build, 90000 km, but in very good shape. Since we pay for full insurance, no credit card needed. They blocked 500 pln as deposit on debit card. Deposit was unblocked within one hour after we return car.
We also paid for option to return car unclean. This is little bit strange option, but almost all Polish car rental companies requiring to return car in clean condition, inside and outside. “Clean” they mean really clean, at least same clean as you got car. This will require you to search for carwash point very near to return point, which is not always available! So we recommend to purchase option to return car unclean.
Finally, we can highly recommend this rental company, in case you ready to pay for full insurance and unclean return.

Good price, nice fast service, very nice people served me at rent and at return. Many times I rented the car from Carwiz...always good cars and service.

I’ve rented cars all over Europe and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had.

There is no signage at the airport telling you where to go. Two airport information desks didn’t know where this company was located, one even suggested taking a public bus. The rental location is impossible to walk to, and once you finally arrive you lose 45 minutes dealing with slow paperwork and rude, uninterested staff.

The real problem came at the end.

When I arrived, I clearly explained that my colleagues’ flight was delayed. I told them I would complete the paperwork first to save time, but would then need to go back to the airport to collect them. This was explained up front.

Only after taking my time, processing everything, and handing me the keys did they tell me they would not bring my colleagues from the airport to the rental office because “they are not our customers, only you are”. This made absolutely no sense. We were travelling together, using the same rental, and I was the one paying.

There was no flexibility, no attempt to help, and no interest in resolving the situation. Just a flat refusal.

In the end I had to drive back to the airport myself and pay for short-stay parking just to collect them.

Yes, the car was fine and the price was cheap. Everything else about the collection was a mess. When dropping the car off the staff were different and great. Just shows how important customer service is as they lost not only myself as a customer but will also be removed from the approved supplier list.

A small problem with the location where we picked up the vehicle. I would like to thank the staff who delivered the vehicle and the staff who delivered it for their good communication and helpfulness.

Car was fine and comfortable. No problem. It was just difficult to find the pickup office. Even the guardian at the entrance could not help us finding it

Pickup was quick, well explained and professional.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.They did for me very quick and explained everything very clearly.
Furthermore they offer good price than other rental cars company .I would like to recommend it.

My experience with CarWizz was extremely disappointing. The company applied undisclosed extra charges and refused to resolve the issue despite clear evidence. This reflects a serious lack of transparency and respect for consumer rights. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Credit card didn't work, been told to pay 275GBP non refundable charge on top of my rental fee...or rent through them directly...which I did (was middle of the night) . I paid more than double for my car ...instead 121 GBP I paid 315GBP plus 100 deposit.

Guy on desk professional and explained things well.Overall please with car despite v. uncomfortable seat, no washer fluid and poor rear wiper. Biggest gripe I was not aware I had to return car valeted inside and out.I normally go reduced insurance but had no alternative but to pay full package which was much more expensive , so the car didn't need cleaning. This needs explaining when renting the car online , not at rental desk. My deposit was returned very quickly after car was checked out.
