Signed Contract Not Honored - $1,050.00 Owed - Breach of Agreement

I am a long-term gig driver with a professional background on platforms like Uber and Favor. I am writing this to warn other drivers about Carvertise’s recent failure to honor signed legal agreements.

I have a signed Campaign Agreement for a renewal. Despite meeting all requirements, the company is now withholding $1,050.00 in earned milestones and bonuses, claiming the position was 'not a guarantee' after I already prepared my vehicle as instructed.

The Issue:

Breach of Contract: They are refusing to pay out renewal bonus, 1st month, historical milestone bonuses simultaneously demanding I 'continue driving' for the renewal.

Data Discrepancy: My portal shows impossible 'uninstall' dates that pre-date the contract I signed in 2026. This appears to be a manual override to avoid paying earned bonuses.

No Communication: Executive and Support has gone silent after I requested my $1,050.00.

I have already filed formal complaints with the Delaware Department of Justice and the Texas Attorney General (Consumer Protection). If you are a driver experiencing this same 'position full' or 'not a guarantee' excuse after signing a contract, please file with your state's AG to show a pattern of practice.

I am seeking immediate resolution and payment of the funds owed.

ZERO quality control

ZERO quality control. I got more complaints from people about ‘my employee’ (carvertise driver) driving erratically, cutting people off, cursing people out, stalking people, the list goes on….. I couldn’t get out of that contract fast enough. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I've had my car wrapped twice through…

I've had my car wrapped twice through Carvertise since January of 2023. I've always been able to get a hold of them when needed. I also had to remember that they were on the east coast and I'm in Arizona. Appointments to get wraps and get unwrapped were easy to set and done. I got paid like clockwork every month. Unfortunately they didn't have anything right now or I'd be wrapped again.

Impossible to get a hold of this company!

After constantly asking me to agree to their terms and sign paperwork, I literally couldn't reach them again either via phone or email. Was promised money that never arrived. Was a total waste of time and they're very unreliable.

Okay start but horrible end

At the beginning it was good. When it came time to remove the wrap I had to contact Carvertise to tell them my campaign was over. They replied that I had to schedule the removal. Then the company that installed it was too busy to remove it. Carvertise has only responded to one of my emails and has otherwise not communicated to me. I had to call many times and was promised a return email. Nothing so far. I will have to remove the wrap myself. It is easy as I have read online instructions. They also lied about an increase in pay for some months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT WORK WITH OR FOR THIS COMPANY

DO NOT WORK WITH OR FOR THIS COMPANY. Carvertise wrapped my vehicle for 6 months. They have been negligent in removing the wrap from my vehicle. My campaign has been over for over a month, and they have completely ghosted me. I filed a complaint with BBB 3 weeks ago, and they haven’t even bothered to respond. I just want the wrap off my car, and companies nearby charge $600-$850 if I remove it myself. I was paid $900 for the entire campaign, so after driving with an ad on my car for half a year I would lose almost everything to remove it. This company is negligent, and should not be supported. They also lied about opportunities to make additional money in order to lure me in.

Carvertise is Legit!

This company is legit. I'm doing my contract now. My pay comes in regularly, no drama. Really easy. I had to take a half day to get my car wrapped but that was the hardest part. If you want to make some extra bucks with ads on your car, this is a good place to start. I recommend them.
