I just received my first order from Carved (very quickly I might add) and am thoroughly impressed. The phone case I received looks just as good, if not better, than the photos they showed online. The case fit my iPhone 14 Pro perfectly and has a good quality feel.

The Live Edge case I bought is an absolute work of art, as are many of their other products (I've been buying their bracelets for years). My initial case did have some issues with the fit, but they were very responsive and helpful with my concerns, attempting to repair it before eventually offering a replacement (that I like even more!). They stand by their products and their warranty promise and I have a lot of respect for that. I highly recommend these products and business.

Carved is such a unique brand. I love that everything is 1 of 1 and created by real people. You know what you are getting is quality material. The thing I love most about Carved is their customer service. I recently had a phone case chip and I emailed them about it, they got right back to me saying they would replace it with a new case of my choice. All I needed to do was use a code to get the new one and discard the old one. They respond quickly and are very helpful. I always get compliments on my phone cases from them and would recommend their products to everyone.

Every step of the way with my order Carved communicated clearly, kept me updated and added personal touches that reminds you there are people behind their products. They took the time to share a bit of history including the artist behind the making of the phone case I purchased. They even took the time to hand write a thank you on the shipping tag.
